Jeffery is a highly skilled young man. When I explained my problem over the telephone he described perfectly what my problem was. I also explained I needed a new gasket for my refrigerator which he ordered for me. He showed me the problem area in my refrigerator freezer which was exactly what he said on the phone. Jeffery responded quickly to my request for a problem with my washer. He kept me informed about arrival time, he knew exactly how to fix the problem, and it was up and running in no time. I highly recommend him to others, and I will be using him for any future appliance repairs.

He kept us advised of his arrival time and arrived on time. Our Kitchenaid Refrigerator coils and inner machinery was completely blocked solid with ice, so much so that he had to come back after 12 hours to allow for it to completely thaw out. He returned the next afternoon to discover that after the ice had receded the defroster heater part was completely missing and the wires had been cut and covered with electrical tape which only could have happened when the last repairman from Angi was at our home for the same problem on July 27, 2022. Fox Hound repairman informed us that this was the first time in his 20 years of experience that he had encountered this. He said that the part cannot be replaced and that we would have to get another refrigerator. We found who that last repairman was by calling anji, that his name was Kofi A. Therefore I have made a claim with regard to this unusual circumstance which is still pending.

Jeff showed up on time and fixed the dishwasher quickly and to my satisfaction. Would highly recommend.
