SBS did a good job of completing the project in a timely and professional manner. They also provide a 2 year waranty.

Customer service was excellent. Extreme effort was used to schedule work at my convenience. The roofmen made sure all work was to my satisfaction before they left. I would definitely recommend SBS to others.

Quick to call and schedule an appointment for a quote. On time for appointment and gave a quote for job, even though it was a slight change from the first request. Returned a couple days later and fixed the problem at quoted price. Friendly, punctual and efficient.

Of course I have to wait until we have another driving rain to be sure the roof does not leak, but I was very impressed with Clint's responsiveness, thoroughness and help. I did not think he would be able to get in our attic area near the leak, but I watched him do it and he pointed out the problems as he diagnosed them.

Don and Clint replaced damaged fascia board had to remove gutter, Job well done. Will do more projects with company.

Two young gentlemen came from Southern Building Specialties. Both were very polite and respectful and showed genuine concern. The job was not a big one but they did not turn their nose up about it. They even lowered the original estimate, but I decided to pay the original amount quoted. I highly recommend this contractor.

Showed up when they said they would and got the job done. They thoroughly sealed up the roof on our leaky mobile home. It rained soon after and we were 100% dry for the first time in months! I definitely recommend these guys. Reasonable price too.

They were beyond professional. They assessed my roof leak and told me the price of the repair. The next day they came to repair the roof and they were on time. They reassessed the problem got right to work and was finished within 30 minutes. They even found a small problem while on the roof and fixed that to for no additional charges. Very polite and prompt. Showed up the day I called and had everything but 1 small piece done when I got home. Cleaned up the mess and even swept the rest of my roof off.
