They were right on time like they said they would be, didn't even start asking questions just started working when they got there, they got done quicker than I thought they were going to, did a good job, left just a little bit more than what I would've liked hanging over on one portion but better then it leaking on the inside, then they cleaned up after themselves, and overall did a really good job no hassles really appreciated the work that they did when it comes time for a new roof I'll definitely be calling them first, thanks Don

Excellent customer service! Showed up on time and tom care of the repair quickly and cleaned up after. Also went ahead and sealed some vents that could potentially start leaking at no extra cost. Very courteous and professional. I would recommend without any hesitation.

I have never had a company respond so quickly and be so efficient. Don arrived when they said he would and had the problem fixed in no time. He was a very knowledgeable and very nice guy. Would definitely use them again.

The only complaint would be that they were slow to get a propsal sent out. The gentlemen that were on site performing the work wre very friendly and professional.

Don appeared for work at the time we had agreed upon earlier that day and proceeded with the leak repair in a professional manner..The leak was discovered in a more accessible area from where he had assumed, making the repair less difficult than estimated and he reduced his charge accordingly. Don pointed out damage to vent pipe sheathing caused by squirrels and agreed to submit a proposal for repair. I was quite satisfied with his work and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone

They did not complete work that they were paid for also i have called to find out why they have not came back to do or call back to setup to find.

Arrived promptly for the estimate. Explained what work they would perform and provided a reasonable estimate range. Followed up next day with an email proposal detailing the final cost. They started and completed the job on schedule and were well prepared for the task. Job was well done and efficient.
