Called backed promptly and scheduled the repair within 48 hours. Called the morning of the appointment to confirm and repairman arrived as scheduled. Diagnosed the problem quickly and made the repairs. Did a roof diagnostics on the rest of the house while he was already on the roof. All of this at a VERY reasonable price.

These ratings are based on not being able to see the repair since we have a tall 3 story house. Had a few problems getting them over here but that was rain related, not due to them. April didn't usually answer at the time I was calling but always got back to me in a reasonable time. I haven't noticed any more leakage but need to check during a rain.

Excellent customer service. April did a good job scheduling the work and keeping me informed. Don arrived on time and impressed me with his professional approach to every detail. The Southern Building team made sure my repairs were done early and correctly in advance of some expected bad weather. When I put in my HomeAdvisor search, no sooner had my web page updated when I got a call from April at SBS. She is a friendly voice and very helpful. You can't ask for a faster response from a company. The repair guy was out to look at the damage that same afternoon and within a couple of days I was in good shape. Next time I have a roof issue, I'm calling SBS.

The siding repair was done adequate but the painting was sub-standard. We went from a darker color to a lighter color and they only did one coat unless we specifically told them to add another. The customer service was excellent but we just got tired of pointing out the mistakes that should have been obvious.

Hired them for a roof reapri, due to a leaking roof. They did the work in a timely manner, despite an uncontrollable rain delay, during the project. Unfortunately, I found quite a few old roofing nails on my driveway and around my house, as well as trash from the project, on the side of my home and in the backyard, after the crew had left. Although, on a positive note, the roof repair has withstood some additional rainy days and my roof does not appear to be leaking any longer.
