Veterans AC & Heating is a Veteran owned HVAC company that provides High Quality HVAC services for Residential and Light commercial facilities. We are highly trained and skilled and do our best to provide honesty and integrity with every job we do. Our goal to provide "Quality Service at a Fair Price". We offer Service & Maintenance, Repair, Change-Out or replacement of existing equipment and New Installations. Our Current Service call & Diagnostic charge is $64 (Local service area - Normal Business Hours - residential only). We service the North East Tarrant County area of the Metroplex. VETERANS WELCOME! We honor our Veterans by giving a 5% discount on Service & Repair!

Work performed on schedule. Very professional group who worked very well together. We really appreciated the attention they gave to our home. Price and quality were very competitive. Would definitely recommend them.

I've been using them for a long time. I got a really good price. At different times, there were different number of people depending on what part they were working on, so there would be anywhere from 2 to 5 people here. What they were doing, like when they took the duct work out, it was like 5 of the guys and when they reinstalled it was maybe 3, and later it was 2. It just depended on what part they were working on, how skilled the labor they needed I guess. It took about a day and a half, but I'm not sure they were here the whole time.

Kelly is very easy to get ahold of to make an appointment. Kelly and his employees are professional, courteous and knowledgable. I feel that they care about providing good customer service and don't try to sell you services/products you don't need.

I called Veterans Ac this morning around 9. They gave me an appt time of 11-12. They were here on time. Kelly was very professional. I fully expected that he would say we needed a new unit as ours is very old. (We've had two different companies out last year who tried to pressure us into a new unit.) He said it was just a leaky valve and needed freon. It was fixed quickly and was less than he estimated. I was very pleased and relieved we didn't need a new unit right away. I will definately be using them again! (Plus we are always happy to support veterans!!!)

I needed a new central A/C unit. Kelly came by and assessed my home. He provided me with an honest estimate and he provided me with several options. I purchased 2 units and both were installed properly. The crew is very knowledgeable, trustworthy and fast. They take pride in their work and are always on time. This company has integrity. I would definitely hire again.

I am so impressed with Kelly and his team. They are professional, courteous and above all - honest. I never feel like they are taking advantage or quoting unnecessary things. In fact, several times now they have offered me options which actually SAVE me money. I will continue to use them for all of our HVAC needs.

What stood out was their quality. They were honest. We called hem out for a repair and then instead of charging for two visits, they came out to do the general maintenance at a later time when they weren't overly booked. The heater survived the winter.

I've used Kelly and Veteran's A/C many times for over 5 years and can't imagine letting anyone else work on my HVAC issues. This time it was a routine annual checkup and servicing, but many times he's come to fix problems or do systems upgrades including running new duct work. My system is very old and fragile, but yet he keeps it running at it's best and saves me from from the dreaded replacement. He is very easy to contact and has always worked me into his schedule on short notice. His price for work is also below any of the local larger companies. I've used Veterans on my home as well as several rentals and totally trust the work and the price and the overall quality. Wish all contractors were this good.

Kelly was highly recommended to me years ago by a good friend. I have used Kelly for years for Heat/AC service and maintenance. I have always been extremely satisfied. He's honest, up front, and will not try to sell you anything that you don't need.
Kelly arrives on time. When entering the house, he puts on slippers over his shoes so no dirt is tracked in.
He installed a new thermostat in about 30 minutes. There were no problems. As always, he's very friendly. He cleaned up afterwards.

Kelly was prompt and professional. He diagnosed my problems, rewired the ac unit, added freon and resealed the blower unit inside, I will definitely use Veterans Ac again. Very reasonable for the service performed on a Saturday.
