The workers were very nice and the area was clean.
"Thanks [Member Name Removed], I was glad that we were able to resolve the issues you had from the previous installation company and hope that all is well with you. Thanks for all the flattering words and appreciate your business!"
"Thanks [Member Name Removed]! My grandfather would be proud to read your comments. He continually reminded me to take care of my customers not only for repeat business but because they are people and they matter. I myself am a consumer as well and like good quality and customer service. Thanks for giving us the job!"
"Thanks [Member Name Removed]. Although we aren't perfect we try real hard. I'm glad to hear that you are satisfied with our work. Great comments help when we are having a tough week."
"Thanks [Member Name Removed]. This just shows that we are human and although we received all B's that is still pretty darn good. But there is room to improve. That was a challenging project being that someone had installed a commercial package unit in a residential setting. Hopefully everything is working well and your'e enjoying your house."
They were there on time, the show up, they were knowledgeable and did the job they were supposed to do.
"Thanks and hope to see you again. Hope the new home is working out well."

Good customers are hard to come by and I have to say that I think that I have the cream of the crop. I will be here if and when you need me! Hard work and a good attitude overcome lifes obstacles."
Kelly arrives on time. When entering the house, he puts on slippers over his shoes so no dirt is tracked in.
He installed a new thermostat in about 30 minutes. There were no problems. As always, he's very friendly. He cleaned up afterwards.
There were no problems after he left. As always, I was very satisfied.
"Thanks Member, Glad to hear everything is working well! I always like hearing positive feedback when I am finished with a job. Obviously if you have any issues, just give me a call and we'll do our best to resolve them. See you in the Spring!"
