They arrived promptly, had to get a part which they up charged over 100 percent, did not clean up the drywall chunks and dust before leaving and ultimately didnâ t fix the problem. They knew virtually nothing about nest doorbells.

I hired them to do all the electric in my new home and the hvac system. The main issue is I was treated like a part time job. Sometimes one guy would arrive or a guy who is usually in commercial installs, not residential. Some of the wiring had to be traced and redone (I was there most of the time and heard comments about this). When I got really mad, I had a crew and it finally got wrapped up, but it was inconsistent and erratic as to when people would be there. The work otherwise was good, the guys were nice and they worked when they were there. For what I paid, I certainly expected more on the customer service side.

They run new wiring to an outdoor fixture and works great. They were not able to fix the lighting on the deck and after contacting them twice for a bid on the cost of the repairs, they never returned my call or sent me a bid.

Josh Johnston came out to replace my drain pan on my AC and did a great job. He was very knowledgeable and professional. I couldn't be happier with the job he did. I would definitely recommend this company.

RECHARGED SYSTEM. DID NOT KNOW WHERE LEAK WAS. WOULD BE EXPENSIVE TO LOCATE.

The work was fine, my issues were that the worker did not call to let us know he was here, so I would have slept through him ringing the bell. Also, he began setting up his equipment to one of the a/c units before we could tell him which unit needed servicing. My concern was that he could have placed freon in the wrong unit, and we possibly would have been charged for it. Thirdly, an invoice was sent via email, and the wrong amount was on the given, but it was corrected in a timely fashion. Just with so much happening these days, I appreciate old fashioned communication like back in the day. Overall, we got our a/c unit recharged, and everything is ok now.

Professionals need to follow mandates and wear a mask. Otherwise, his work was acceptable.

Very easy to deal with and the HVAC techs - Justin Collins and Josh Collins were superstars -- very professional and fast -- swapped out my entire AC system in less than 4 hours -- as good as I have ever seen and I look after 12+ HVAC systems in 4 homes. Will use again.
