We have been in the apartment for 3 months and have had flooded twice. First time, was after a rain and the living room carpet got wet. They came and fixed it and dried the carpet. No problem. This time, it rained for 3 days. I went to work yesterday and everything was fine. Came home to find the kitchen sinks full of backed up filthy water that overflowed onto the kitchen floor, laundry room & into the spare bedroom closet. Boxes of clothes & food are ruined. I called the emergency number last night, left a message that my apt had flooded and was a mess. So far, no response. I would not recommend these apartments.
Description of Work: We have been renting an apartment from the Springs of Indian Creek for 3 months. In that time, they have charged me a $50.00 late fee for a payment that was supposedly received late over Labor Day weekend. My bank shows the payment being delivered on time, but it was a holiday weekend and Spring Creek didn't get it posted until the 3rd. Strikes me as convenient. I've since paid a month in advance so they can't charge that outrageous late fee again! We've also flooded twice. Water is an issue here.
