Description of Work: They measured each window in the house, made new custom windows to fit and removed old/installed new. Installation was just a few hours. They cleaned up the job site and my new windows are AWESOME!

Description of Work: They are excellent windows. I replaced 7 windows around the sides and back of the house. They are expensive but you get what you pay for. They removed the old windows and put in the new windows in one day. They told me that if I did remodeling and needed to take out one of the windows to do it. They would take it out and put it back in for no cost. I was very pleased with their work and quality of their product.

The 2 men that installed the windows arrived on time, were courteous, cleaned up after the installation and did a great job on the installation. The windows were a little pricey, but were good quality windows. Satisfied with the windows and will use them to install the remainder of the windows.

Description of Work: I asked for and received a quote for replacing 15 windows on our home. List price was $43k and after promotional discounts price was 32k. The Andersen fibrex composite frame windows are great product but you can buy the same window Andersen 100 Series at Home Depot. Home Depot doesn't offer as many interior color choices as Renewal by Andersen but I found I could get the same 15 windows replaced for $10221 with 24 months no interest financing from Home Depot. Definitely look at all the alternatives before buying over priced products.

The quality of the door is high, with great insulation from outside temperature, but they installed the door incorrectly at first and had to take it down and re-install it. The follow up paint job was substandard, with a blemish right at the door handle.

Description of Work: I can't speak to the quality of work or even price. We didn't get even as far as the consult. The scheduler insisted that everyone listed on the the deed (that's my husband and myself) be present for their presentation. They wouldn't talk to just me. If that works for you, then fine. But it didn't work for me.

Yes, you can find cheaper windows but Anderson windows have a reputation for a reason and the professionalism of the installation crew was second to none.

Description of Work: Renewal by Andersen has replaced all the windows in our home. The first installation was August 2012 on the front of the house. The remainder of the windows were done in August 2014. Their windows aren't cheap but they are the absolute best that money can buy for our Texas climate. Everything about this company is superior from the salesmen to the installers. Our windows are beautiful inside and out.

Taught me how to clean them gm from inside. Cleaned up after themselves. Windows look great and have improved the comfort of my home.

Description of Work: replaced all windows in home. I was pleased with the product and the installers were great. I live next to a very busy street and the windows don't block out the noise nearly as much as I would have hoped. Windows look great on the house, but the storm windows that I had before replacement actually blocked out more of the noise than these windows. There was just no way to know how much noise they would block out without installing. If I didn't have the noise issue, I would have given a much higher rating.

Description of Work: The rep came to the house and presented the product. Rep then measured all windows and wrote a quote. A deal was struck and the custom windows were ordered. Windows were finished sooner than expected and installers came and did the entire house in one day. The new windows made a HUGE difference! Outside noise is not as bad as before, and we live close to the airport so, WOW!
