Their turn around time was pretty fast in regards to getting an estimate and they all acted pretty professionally. One technician came out to do the work and it took about 4 hours to install the window. I would use them again if I needed it.

They did a great job. Vacuumed up the glass from the broken window, replaced it and it all works just fine. I'll use them again in the future. Very easy company to work with!

From the moment I called them to installation of the glass, I was greeted in a very professional, friendly manner. I had a confirmation calls regarding our auto and the installer arrived at the time he said he would. This is the second time we have used them on two different vehicles…..we live by a golf course. We had an issue with one of the replacement glass and they stood behind the guarantee without any problems…..I am very impressed with company and the people they employee.

Very happy with the service the technicians provided. This was a difficult installation due to a third floor location, an awning in the way and a fence location in the back yard! The installers had to rent a taller ladder and were here when promised and were very efficient in the installation. Would definitely use Glass Doctor in the future.

One fateful Saturday morning, premonition played a key role as I drove my car via north tollway. With the implementation of Zipcash available as an alternative means for the driver to pay the toll, it woefully added substantial amount of unwanted traffic: Semi's, work trucks, and liberal amount of flying objects & debris for the commuters to contend with. Tragically it claimed a fresh victim, my windshield. It's funny how things turn out. The other day I caught a glimpse of some auto windshield installation commercial venting how "they" could fix any large cracks. Yea right. Sadly I can't recall that company. Luckily, I looked to Angie's list for some guidance. Glass Doctor came highly recommended after reading the reviews. I actually got a live person on the other end on Saturday evening and scheduled an installer to come out to my house the following Monday. After a reschedule, the installer showed up and assured me he'd can finish the job in a record time of forty minutes. Suffice to say, punctuality was never a problem with this installer. If I needed a windshield repossessed off the street, this installer would be my go-to guy. I waited 24 hours before looking at the car again. I was not completely satisfied with the outcome and had some reservations. Has the installer followed the protocol? Was primer applied for any exposed metals before installing the windshield on to the frame? I called Anthony, the head technical manager, the following day and expressed my concerns. He assured me he would personally take care of it. He told me to bring the car in and would have the senior installer Rob, re-install it. Long story short, I am more than pleased with the final result. Anthony and Rob did a commendable job. I would highly recommend Glass Doctor for all my future windshield needs.

The technician was friendly and I made the decision to buy from them also because one old window glass was already broken sort of badly. I paid 1/2 ofthe total costs for all the windows and was told it'll be a week the windows will be ready. The complication was I also had requested a quote on enclose a small patio with high more than 13'(?). The technician measured the space but couldn't give an estimate for it falls into their store front department. Someone did contacted once about the patio enclosure to say store front fixture is drafty and not for home; I appreciate the input and asked for the quotation for home setting. There were no result for approx. a week then I called. The quotation was mailed to me later to be almost 10 thousands and doesn't fit into my overall renovation budget. So I didn't choose for the job to proceed. I also called to have one of the window glass replacement put on hold due to the designing issue. Called several days later to re-instate the order without any change. Somehow I paid another deposit on the glass hold but reinstated. There was no news from there on but I was very occupied with other renovation issue to follow up on Glass Doctor until maybe weeks later. I was told the order was in process. Someone (Perhaps Brandon the Customer Service was the one but I'm not sure because the name seemed to be another person) called twice to update the status because I sort of complaint about their lack of efficiency about the actual installation. Finally they came. It went from early morning till mid afternoon and I passed by them occasionally to ask for a better looking caulking detail. At the end, the installer asked me to inspect. I found some black gooey stuffs on the floor and the white frame. The issue was small compared to the torn bricks and hollow space around the old garden window. The tear was significant and all around exposing the stud frame. I asked is that normal and the installer said yes. I said nothing to them; called my friend to come at his convenience. Eventually I took a picture and send it to Brandon, the Customer Service Manager. He said it is not normal, it's not part of their work, but he'd ask his chief technician about it. The answer was it is not suppose to be like that but they don't have the manpower to correct it. I said since no one warn me about it, I expect them to correct the problem, and I will write a review, as I had been with other service providers; that's part of the reasons paying Angie's List is for, right? Brandon is smart and act on it right away. Two days later one of the original installers came and fixed the problem using my hardy board and their other materials. I was happy with the correction and suspect this may be a new operation of a chain Glass Doctor (just guesses with no foundation). Hope this Glass Doctor continue to improve/excel. I chose it for I used to be a resident of Carrollton Texas where this Glass Doctor is located. I am glad they are quick to correct.

I highly recommend Glass Doctor! I called to check the price to replace the windshield on my wife's minivan and spoke with Jessie who was very courteous and knowledgeable. I ended up scheduling a glass replacement for the following day and received a phone call a little while prior to the arrival of the technician. Once the technician arrived, he inspected the old windshield, informed me exactly what he was going to do to replace it, and got to work. About one hour later he completed the job, had me inspect the work, and assured me everything was perfect...he was right! He informed me about Glass Doctor's warranty and was on his way. I couldn't be happier! Hopefully I won't need their services again, but if I do, they will be the first place I call to get the work done. If you are on the fence, go with Glass Doctor, you won't be disappointed.

I spent the morning waiting for someone to show up. At 11:10 AM a girl from the office called and said the person that was supposed to come to my home got tied up on an installation that was "having problems." She immediately started asking to reschedule the appointment for late in the afternoon today after 3PM. She didn't even bother to apologize for wasting my time. I told her that I refused to now spend my afternoon waiting after I already waited all morning. I told her that I would use one of her competitors that saw fit to provide a timely estimate. Not that it really matters, but I can't understand a company this large not having an estimator available to run appointments without the possibility of getting tied up installing windows. Very unprofessional in my book. I run a business and I have a policy of NEVER using a vendor that isn't able to show up on time for a scheduled appointment, especially when they require me to allow them to show up during a 4 hour window and they still can't manage to show up during that time!

Canceled appointment because of the attitude of the person who answered the phone. I called about 4 PM in the afternoon. When he answered he seemed to be put out that I had called, told me they were closed and rather than taking down my contact information and calling be back he told me to call back "tomorrow" and leave it because he was busy. Totally bad, unprofessional and indifferent.

Everything with the glass doctor went very smoothly. Their communication skills were excellent, from the initial call, to the tech coming out for the estimate, to the final installation process. Glass Doctor frequently called to confirm appointments and kept me in the loop at every stage of the process. The installation was done quickly and simply. The windows look great and the seals are in tact. The coffee table also looks awesome and is well protected.

They did an excellent job. Overall he did a good job. They came out yesterday and I called them the day before so I thought that was good and I got $25 off.

Great service--they came to my home the next day, no need to file insurance! Very pleased with cost, job, customer service and the gentleman who did the work. They madeit very easy! Will definitely recommend and use them again.

We replaced the back door window after I shattered it using a power saw on the porch. Went from flat glass to textured glass to match the front door. Not a perfect fit because the new glass is thicker. They spent a good amount of time making it fit as best as possible. You would have to look hard to see the fitment issues. Very satisfied.

They were very professional and they responded right away. They provided the service when they said they would so I didn't have to keep waiting for them to show up. They did a very good job.

I paid a 50% deposit via credit card. The technician said it would take 7-10 days max. I called yesterday, as it's been over 2 weeks, and the customer service person who initially answered the phone looked up my order (took him a while to find it as my name was spelled incorrectly) said that my glass was ready and could be delivered tomorrow (on the 18th day)...then he transfered me to someone else who got on the phone and said I had to wait another 5 days. I pushed back a little at that point and she said she would schedule Monday but if they could deliver sooner, she woud let me know. I doubt I'll get the glass before the weekend, so it will be here on day 20 most likely...and I have to say I am nervous that the glass won't be cut correctly, as the guy who measured everything didn't seem like he knew entirely what he was doing. I will post a follow-up next week. At this point, I am not entirely pleased.

Several mistakes were made: -Did not count the pieces needed correct and wanted more money later. -Did not keep the delivery time as promised. -Some of the windows did not fit and new order was placed which took weeks -Installation truck hit some concrete poles front of my house and broke them. Glass Doctor refuse to pay for repairs. Please do not use this company!

Excellent experience! I called on Monday morning, got a quote, and scheduled service for the next afternoon. A few hours later, I realized the next afternoon wouldn't work, so I called back and they changed my window to the next morning from 9 to noon. Later that afternoon, the technician, Rob, called to confirm my 9-12 window, and indicate he would call when he was on his way to the house. At 8:55a the next morning, Rob called to tell me he was 25 minutes away. He arrived 20 minutes later. He was extremely friendly and professional, and estimated it would take an hour and 11 minutes. He finished five minutes early. The price was as quoted, and the interior of my car was cleaner than I left it! I only wish that all service providers operated on Glass Doctor's time schedule: 5 minutes early! THANK YOU Rob!

Emailed the Glass Doctor on Monday afternoon around 4 and received a return call by 6 that evening. Discussed that I needed a windshield replaced--scheduled it for this morning. Called to confirm this morning; arrived promptly and completed the job in about 45 minutes. Very professional. On phone call when scheduling, the one year warranty was described and quote given on the phone was exactly what I was charged. Very happy with the service.

Punctual, prompt, and professional for estimate process. Like estimate but decided to use my funds for another home project. But will call them back when I am ready.

I noticed that this company had a Groupon deal for $37 for their $85 onsite-repair. They scheduled me for the very next Day. I was at work and the service itself took about 20 min. I went back to my desk and he called me when it was done. Looks like nothing was ever there.
