Description of Work: Responsive and punctual. Removed window form the wrong side and destroyed window framing unnecessarily! Cost an extra $500 to prepare and they didn't spring for it! Went form an A to a C very quickly!

Description of Work: First guy that come out was nice and informative. A window spring had broken and we could not open window up or down. Said he would order the piece and put in it. We thought he would be the one to come back to put in but it was another guy that seemed confused on what he was suppose to do and then find out he had the wrong part so he left, I was thinking they were going to order right part and instead he come back a few hours later and put a spring in. It worked for a month then same problem. Can't move window up or down. So not sure what went on. Not real pleased with service.

Description of Work: Nov 14, 2014 replaced windshield with off brand glass, cost $369.57. Improper glass resulted in wind noise top of windshield. 5 trips to the franchise thru Dec 11, 2014. 4 trips it tried to reinstall same off brand glass resulting in same wind noise. 5 trip installed correct OEM glass and problem solved at additional cost of $600.00.
