I haven?t done any business with them. I thought that their price was very high. They offered to reduce the price on windows if I had bought more expensive shower doors. It took them several days or a week to get back to me on the shower door estimate because the guy that came couldn?t estimate that. He only estimated the repairs. He had to take it back to somebody else. I have never done business with them before and so, I am going to call somebody else. I will use their services again if their prices are really good.

The rear windshield was shattered in a hail storm. Called The Glass Doctor the next morning and if I drove to their facility they could take care of it right away. I managed to get there before the rush of people whose windshields had been broken by the storm. Anthony replaced the windshield and removed all the bits of glass from the car. Quick and painless.

It was a good experience. The price was competitive and they come to you to replace the windshield. They were on time and replaced the windshield in a timely manner. They were able to transfer over all of the decals/stickers without any noticable issues. It is also warrantied for a year for additional breaks.

It went very well. Started on time (Glass Doctor rep had called ahead to confirm); worked professionally; patient with my questions as he worked; moved my registration, inspection sticker and toll tag to the new windshield; cleaned up well afterward; cost was just as I was quoted. I would definitely use Glass Doctor of North Texas again.

I called to make an appt. Courteous, professional phone conversation during which we made an appt., and the guy provided me with a rough estimate, after I described the service needed and make/model of my car. They showed up on time on the scheduled day. He had the correct windshield. The worker was friendly, easy to communicate with, clearly knew what he was doing, and replaced the windshield fairly quickly, taking care with the gaskets around the windshield and transferring the inspection & other stickers to the new windshield. The cost of the project was slightly less than the rough estimate. It was a totally professional job. I was very pleased and will probably use them for a house window replacement in the near future.

I like that they did price matching and that they did a good job.

The Glass Doctor representative showed up promptly to give an estimate to replace numerous units of fogged window glass in our home. Because we had so many, they have us the "big quanity" pricing, which averaged less than $100 per unit, even with one of those being the large panel of a sliding door. They asked for a deposit of half the total. The glass was ready in less than a week and installers arrived promptly at the scheduled time. The job took about four hours. One of the units had arrived with a crack and had to be reordered. I found another window that needed replacement and Glass Doctor gave me a good deal on it as well. They called four days later and were able to come the same day and finish the job. Final payment was made when the job was complete. I would definitely call Glass Doctors again.

I called them and set up an appointment over a week in advance. I needed my windshield replaced due to cracks the length of the windshield that happened after a stone hit it. They questioned me if it could be repaired and I explained the damage. They agreed it needed to be replced and quoted me a price for replacement. The day they were supposed to arrive, I called them about an hour after they were supposed to be at the house to find out when they would arrive. The dispatch lady told me they were on their way to repair my windshield. The word "repaired" sparked my interest and so I asked if they had the glass on the truck. "No", it was just a repair. I explained that it was supposed to be a replacement due to damage. Well, they could not repair that kind of damage and would need a new windshield, but the truck did not have the glass and they didn't have the glass in stock. So long story short, they screwed up the order even after I made sure it was correct, and were going to be late (before I told them not to bother) even if they had the glass. Cmpany called on Monday toexplain the problem. Found out they did have the glass in stock and they wanted to reset the appointment. Told them they needed to work on their "Dispatch Process" and that I had an appointment with someone else. If they are sincere, then they will fix their dispatch process, but I cannot recommend them based on my experience. Probably a fine company, but they just failed me.

My initial phone call found a friendly person on the line. Got the job scheduled and they contacted the insurance company for me. I simply paid my deductible. The tech called before arriving. He was on time. The windshield was not the correct one. He had to go back and wait about an hour for the correct one to be delivered. He said this often happens with vans like mine. He thought the computer was wrong on the code for the windshield I needed. He said he spoke with the dispatcher about this recurring problem and that it should be corrected. He did a great job and explained the process to me as I watched the work being done. The job was done before I needed to pick my children up from school. I would use them again.

Called them on Wednesday and they sent someone out Thursday morning. They called to make sure I would be home when the person doing the work was getting ready to come to my place where the car was. Very good communication, promptness, workmanship, and the windshield is great. Warranty is also good.

When I used them the first time, I said, "I have a dead line and if you can't do it all at once, I can wait." They did half the job and had to come back weeks later. They are not responsive and not coordinated! The made promises they couldn't keep as far as timing goes. They are not careful and couldn't deliver when they promised. I was willing to wait and asked them twice and they said they could do it. Obviously, they could not.

Called and spoke with a very helpful customer rep. He gave me detailed info on work needed to be done. Explained about the quality of glass they used and the mouldings that needed to be replaced. He quoted me a price. When I said I was going to make a few more calls he offered to give me a coupon that reduced the cost by at least $100. The glass tech met me at my office on time and went right to work. Done in an hour. Very professional and prompt. Only problem is the glass they used had some small distortions on the passenger side. You can't see it unless you really look at it. Not annoying enough to make a change. Overall, very pleased.

Called for appointment on 9/18/10 service was scheduled for 9/21/10 with work to be done at our home. They helped me determine my insurance coverage. Tommy B was prompt and courteous. Replacement went smoothly, inspection, registration and tolltag transferred to new windshield. No debris left in car. Tommy explained guarantee - they will even repair rock chips free for next year. Very happy with service.

I stopped by their office to make sure that one of the chips could be filled because it was quite large. They took my information and said that someone would be contacting me to schedule a time to come and repair it at my work. The call that I received was from the technician saying that he was there at my work. This was only an issue because I work in a secured parking lot and had to stop what I was doing and take my car out of the lot to him. If they would have called ahead of time I could have left my car outside the lot for him to access. I used them in the past on my wife?s car and they do good work at a competitive price.

They did great. They were on time, very polite, and very clean. I had my car broken in to and they were out within hours of my call. I didn't know they fixed house windows also. They did a great job on this also.

I called Glass Doctor on a Saturday afternoon and scheduled the service for Monday afternoon. I would have liked to bring my car in Saturday, but I was told that they did not have any repair people on the weekends and that it would be the same price if they came to me. They worked with my schedule and the repairman was very proud of his work.

Window was somehow shattered while was vehicle parked in the driveway. Called Glass Doctor 1st thing the morning after the problem was discovered and the Glass Doctor arrived within a few hours of calling them on that Thursday morning. They brought the correct type of replacement glass for the 10 year old Tahoe and installed the replacement glass at that time. It was very convenient.

I contacted Glass Doctor on Thursday, 11/12, and they provided a quote and said they could repair the window that afternoon. They called back and said that they had to get the window from a supplier in Ft. Worth, so they wouldn't be able to repair the window until first thing Friday morning. Then they called Friday morning to say that they just realized that they needed to get the window sealing from the dealer, so they wouldn't be able to repair the window until Friday afternoon. Why didn't they know they needed the sealer on Thursday, and also include that price in my quote?

The installed called ahead, showed up on time. He did a very good job cleaning up the broken glass, the window is good as new again.

After calls to other glass companies in the Metroplex, some of whom didn't seem to want to do the job, Brandon came out and what others made to seem overly complicated, made simple. He arrived ahead of schedule and did the job. I recommend Glass Dr. and would use them again in a heartbeat.

the panel was supposed to be installed two weeks after the estimate was given and a down payment was taken. a couple of days before the panel was supposed to be installed i received a call from glass doctor saying that they could only deliver the glass on time if i paid another $75. This just didn't seem right; I felt like they were changing the terms almost two weeks after the order was made. I requested that the order be cancelled because the terms of our agreement were being changed in a way that penalized me. In my last conversation with someone at glass doctor (maybe mary or celia) i was told the order would be cancelled. my last comment to the glass doctor representative was --and I will receive a refund, right? the answer i was given was YES. it's been almost two months and the refund has not been sent.

Phone service was very courteous and helpful. Service was excellent and extremely polite. On time and completed task in timely manner. All stickers were replaced on new windshield and tolltag also replaced. Would definitely recommend and use again.

I was stunned! I can hardly see the spot at all and it doesn't detract from my vision while driving. The chip was in such a visible location it really impaired my driving. I can't even see it now. It's like a tiny speck of dust compared to what it was before.
