Fantastic! From the initial car to the completion, everything went great. Anthony helped me on the phone providing pricing information. He very kindly gave me a discount for both Angie's List and for having multiple cars at one location with a need. James Cleary did the work and was wonderful. Kind, considerate, thoughtful - I reserved a time in advance but could have had the windows done the day I called (Anthony offered). James was on time and fast but thorough in his work. He kindly offered to place my toll tags but I had already ordered new Texas Tags so he just moved the inspection and registration tags (looks like new). Very wonderful work.

The first service guy was pretty nice, the second seemed to be high on dope and hardly said a word. He's the one that did the work. Calling their office was a major pain in the next too.

Great response to give me an estimate. Reasonable turn-around time to order/replace window unit. Professional, courteous and tidy after service.

Had our car broken into and the glass was broken in one of the windows. I thee different companies from Angie's List and Glass Doctor was the only one that could get it done same day. They did a great job - quick, painless, and clean. I was a little disappointed that the coupon from their website couldn't be used with the quote I got, because the offered price was already as low as they could go; however, in the grand scheme of things the service and price was ballpark to other quotes and the same-day service was what I most needed. They arrived within the time window they said they would, fixed the glass on premise of my wife's work, cleaned the glass out of the back of the car, and the job took about a total of an hour. They did this all in the garage and even painted a scratch that was a result of the window. Great job, very pleased.

I returned from walking the dogs to discover my truck broken into, with the driver's side window shattered. I decided to call a few companies for quotes. The Glass Doctor was the third and final business I called. The woman on the phone took a few minutes to detail the type of glass their company used, which I found enlightening. Because of this, I was expecting a quote of at least as much as their competitors offered, but they came in nearly $100 below the other quotes! The service technician, James Cleary, arrived on time and performed the work with efficiency and professionalism. I was incredibly satisfied and impressed with Mr. Cleary, his work, and Glass Doctor as a business. I recommend them without reservation to anyone in need of glass-related services.

On the way into work I got a call from the person doing the scheduling asking if they could move my appointment up to that morning because of the weather. Great idea. After that the installer called and asked if it would be alright if he could be there in a half hour. That was fine with me and he arrived right on time. The only glitch was I didn't know that my windshield was heated. That means there are 2 heat wires down near the bottom to keep the wipers from freezing. I decided to just install the window they had brought rather delay... God knows, this is Texas and chances are I'll get another rock thrown into the windshield by a passing truck again. Install took about an hour. While we were going over what had been done and the warranty etc. the installer told me he found a slight scratch on the new glass that he had not noticed when he was loading his truck. He took $50 off the amount I owed from my deductible.... I was grateful for that. Overall this was a very good experience and I would use this company again.

I love them; they are awesome. The only thing I did not like about them is the first guy that came out said he did not have any of the screws to put my windows back in and some of the screws were broken. Consequently he said not all the windows were not screwed back in and he tried to get me to sign off that the work was completed. I declined this and asked why he did not bring any screws with him. He said because the screws in the windows were old. He wanted me to go buy new screws and put them in myself. I declined and called the office and they rectified it right away. They said it was not their policy and apologized and had someone else come back the next day and fixed everything. Their customer service was impeccable and I will use them again in the future.

Went like clockwork! Great job -- no complaints. I only paid the $100 deductible, they invoiced State Farm for the remainder.

Glass doctors were courteous, responsive and up front about their specials/coupons. The price they quoted was the price they charged. The service was done within a week of calling and only took about 45 minutes. They came to the house. I would hire them in the future.

Prompt and efficient. The y had to special order the glass but explained the entire process to me and booked the instal in advance which was great too

I had a need for a crack repair in my car, and at the same time a fogged bay window. They were able to quote both. while the windshield repair was not the lowest it was competitive. Their quote on the bay window was excellent. The work done by the window installer was quick , painless and all within the aspect of the quote. They were professional in every way. The best I can say is that I did not have to chase them, they responded promptly and met all promises

The windshield in my new Nissan got cracked driving through the 114 construction zone. I called Glass Doctor, and they were very helpful. They are a certified repair agent for my insurance, State Farm. The windshield was $1050. My deductible was $500, so that was my only out-of-pocket expense.Glass Doctor scheduled a time, and were prompt and courteous. It took the installer approx. 20 minutes to do the install. I am very happy with the experience from Glass Doctor.

I initialized the service in June. The first attempt to install was handled in the middle of July - not the 5-7 days promised. One of the windows was broken during installation so they had to reorder and reschedule. The job was finally completed at the end of July.

Very punctual and pleasant to work with. Good quality workmanship.

My windshield had a long crack obstructing the driver's line of sight. When I called to schedule the appointment, they asked for my insurance information and told might right away that the cost would be 100% covered by insurance. Normal cost would have been around $350 if I had to pay all of it out of pocket. The appointment was scheduled and the installer arrived to my house on time. Unfortunately, the windshield he brought was the wrong one. He told me he would be back the next day. I was a little worried about that based on other reviews. It seems bringing the incorrect windshield is a frequent thing for this company. Luckily, he came back when he said he would and brought the correct windshield this time. Installation took about 1 hour. I waited 3 months to write this review to ensure there were no leaks in the windshield. I'm pleased with the quality of work. My windshield does not leak, and my rear view mirror is still intact. My toll tag did fall off, but adding a fresh strip of velcro to the windshield is an easy fix.

They price matched. I am very happy with the results and the professionalism of this company... I would highly recommend them

I looked on Angie's list to find a company to replace the windshields on two of my cars. One car was insured the other was not. I spoke to the salesman and he was very helpful. Since this was my first estimate, I asked the salesman the types of questions I should ask other companies as well. He spent a considerable amount of time explaining the products out there. I called several companies and determined that I wanted to do business with Glass Dr. of North Texas. The salesman worked me through the insurance with the one car and worked with me to reduce price on the other. The work was scheduled for two days later at my home. The serviceman who was scheduled to come out called and told me he was running late.True to his word he arrived promptly at the new time. The work on my cars seems to be fine. We have not had the opportunity to use the windshield wipers so I am not sure about them.
