ARC APPLIANCE REPAIR

Our service agent (Danny) called on time to let us know that he was on his way and arrived a short  time later.  He was courteous and dressed professionally.  He immediately went to work on our problem and identified the problem within a short time.  Once the repair was complete, he explained other common problems that can occur with front load washers and made suggestions on how to correct them. 

company was prompt, courteous, and proffesional, even with the gas crunch their service charge was one of the lowest, i have never used them but i will in the future. my over all experience was actually pleasant and i am completely satisfied, didnt try to over charge me or add extra things that were not necessary. they determined that the thermostat was to blame, and that i had plenty of freon. part had to be ordered and will return in less than a week to be installed, no charge until the work is completed, they even asked turn off the machine to save the electricity, highly recommend and if i ever have another problem they will be the first i call
