+ -1 moreOur service agent (Danny) called on time to let us know that he was on his way and arrived a short time later. He was courteous and dressed professionally. He immediately went to work on our problem and identified the problem within a short time. Once the repair was complete, he explained other common problems that can occur with front load washers and made suggestions on how to correct them.
Description of Work: Our front load washer was leaking water on the floor. The service agent looked at several possible causes and found the problem within the first 5 minutes. He then tested the machine to make sure no further water was coming out. During this call he also pointed out several other items unique to the front load washer that cause a problem and showed us how we could check these items out ourselves. We were very pleased with this service agent and the company.

+ -1 morecompany was prompt, courteous, and proffesional, even with the gas crunch their service charge was one of the lowest, i have never used them but i will in the future. my over all experience was actually pleasant and i am completely satisfied, didnt try to over charge me or add extra things that were not necessary. they determined that the thermostat was to blame, and that i had plenty of freon. part had to be ordered and will return in less than a week to be installed, no charge until the work is completed, they even asked turn off the machine to save the electricity, highly recommend and if i ever have another problem they will be the first i call
Description of Work: my freezer was not freezing, didnt know if it needed freon or thermostat or what ever.
