Excellent! All work performed in a timely manner & in projected budget.

We called Quisenberry to get a second opinion on a roof that had sustained some damage from wind and hail storms. The insurance company only approved one slope and some additional tiles. Cory came out and inspected the roof for us. He indicated that there was more substantial damage than thought. He helped us to work with insurance company to re-inspect roof and was there when they returned. Cory showed inspector damage that they had missed and worked directly with adjustor on the phone, while he was standing in our driveway. With his understanding of needs, we got a NEW roof. Once the check was cut, four days, Quisenberry had roofers on the house before the sun was up. When we got home from work, Cory had our new roof installed. Only one small issue was not completed, but Cory kept us in the loop the whole time and worry-free. We could not be happier with the professionalism and timeliness of job. Should we need any services in the future, Quisenberry will be the only number in our Rolodex.

They were very responsive and helpful throughout the entire process. They worked directly with my insurance provider and kept me updated on all progress being made. When it was time for the work to be done they arrived after I'd left for work and were finished, cleaned up, and gone before I got home. The work done was exactly what I expected. There was a little damage done to my roof (I think anyway, it might have been there already and I just hadn't noticed it). They sent a carpenter out and fixed it without any fuss or argument. The work done on that was also done in the same manner as previously described for the shingles. The only complaint I have was that they seemed to want to do as much as they could in person. Everything they did was at my convenience and they sent someone out to my house, but I think I would have preferred to do things over the phone/mail. But it's a small complaint and it comes from a place of wanting to provide good customer service, so I can forgive that one, tiny thing.
