The parking pad is wonderful, although the contractor did promise to come spread more sand which has not yet occurred. Also, the broken pipe in our sprinkler system has not been repaired and it's been 3 1/2 months since the parking pad was completed and the contractor was paid! Warning for other customers - please make sure everything is in working order before you pay this contractor! Phone calls and texts often go unanswered. Something like this should not take this length of time to repair.

Great! One of the only providers who could get the grass I wanted when I wanted it. They did an awesome job of prepping the yard and installing the grass. Cleaned up everything very nicely afterwards. Would use them again!

Will Haddock rescued us during a time when we had difficulty getting any responses from other contractors. He has been extremely professional throughout the process of working with our landscape designer, providing a quote, selecting materials, and working with someone who had never had to design and build a patio on such a large scale before this experience. We gave him a tight budget to work with, and he was very helpful in finding ways for us to keep us within that budget while still getting the beautiful patio that we wanted. He was very patient in explaining and working with us closely on all details. Once we signed the contract, he had a crew there earlier than expected, and the team was there every day working hard to complete the patio in the time frame promised. The crew was always professional and polite, and worked diligently. Will was always responsive to our questions and concerns, and was there often to supervise the process. We were very comfortable with his crew and his oversight. I would highly recommend GHLM. Inc to anyone. Our project is a multi-phase project, and we will certainly have them back when we are ready to complete the other phases.
