Excellent service.

had water leaking from my attic. called Holman's and they came out that day. after they acessed the situation I was told they believe that fixing the damaged pipe would fix the issue. They left to get materials, came back in few minutes and made the repairs

I called the office on 9/7 and was able to get an appointment on 9/10. I took my lunch break at 1pm on 9/10 in an effort to meet the plumbers at my house at the designated appointment time. After waiting 30 min. I called the office to see if my appointment time had changed and was told that the plumbers should be on their way. The plumbers arrived shortly after placing the call to the office. Apparently there was a communication issue regarding the appointment time. When the plumbers arrived they quickly got to work and explained what the problems were and fixed what needed to be fixed. The men were very professional and worked quickly and efficiently.

They are very clean with their work. I like their service, responsiveness, flexibility and the quality of their work.

The Plumber and assistant came within the time I specified.I watched as he pumped out the flooded area then dug a bit until he identified the leak. It took a few minutes to figure out that the leak was actually coming from my neighbor. It was a relief to know it was nothing further. The plumber offered to take off the $70 dollar charge if the neighbor used their service to complete the repair. I informed the neighbor that the leak was his. I never found out if Holman's did the repair. If they did they never gave me back my service charge. The plumber might not have been authorized to make that call. However, the price was worth it to solve the problem that was severely flooding my yard.

They really responded quickly. I would use them again.

Showed up promptly and made an exploratory hole in the sheetrock. When drip could not be found in the obvious spot near the outside faucet, he used nitrogen to locate the leak. The location of the wettest spots in the house were well away from the outer walls which complicated the diagnosis, but the nitrogen proved the leak was outside and forced into house through pipe foundation. After digging a two-foot hole to reach the piping leading into the house the repair only required replacing a PVC connection to the copper pipe which leads through the foundation into the house. Complete diagnosis and repair time took close to three hours.

The shutoff valve to the refrigerator ice maker dripped. Also, a toilet needed to have the anti-siphon valve replaced. When I called Holman's I told them I was in the process of moving and the refrigerator had already been moved. I was having to keep a bucket under the valve that leaked and empty the bucket frequently. They worked me into their schedule, arriving about an hour after I placed the service call. The plumber had the needed parts and tools with him. He completed the job in less than an hour. I was delighted with their quick response and professionalism.

Even with torrential rain throughout the replacement, the work went very well. They contacted and met with city inspectors and got the job done very well and quite rapidly.

I called to explain what I needed for the water and gas line. They got me into their schedule rapidly and by the next afternoon were on site, repaired a twisted copper pipe, replaced two hose bibs, and installed a new gas valve with appropriate fittings for today's gas driers. Went outstanding from start to finish. Polite, efficient, knowledgable. Will use these guys again!

We had a leak in one of our body sprays in our shower. While trying to repair it, a piece of the shower kit broke. From what we read this is a common problem with this particular Delta faucet kit. My husband purchased a new kit, but struggled working through the tight hole in the shower wall After working on it for one and a half days, he called Holman's. They said they would be out the next day at 8:30 and it would take about an hour. They arrived the next day @ 8:25 and it took exactly one hour - start to finish. He even cleaned up the mess my husband made (lol).

They were very good, professional and courteous. I give them all A's and will use them again in the future.

I would recommend them. I found them through the company that I work for. They are very attentive to your needs. They are willing to do a good job.

Showed up on time, very efficient and organized, my water was only shut off for ten minutes, cleaned up after themselves, and charged 1/4 of the bid I got from John Moore. (That is not a typo--I paid 25% of the price that JM wanted.)

Overall they are a great company to work with. They are very reasonably priced and are able to come the same day to assist. They will give a cost estimate free of charge. We will always call on Holeman's for our plumbing needs.

We had been having trouble with our water turning from hot to cold during showers, dishwashing, etc. We got a referral to Holman's from a friend. They had not worked on the Noritz tankless systems before this, but they researched the manual online and came out and investigated our problem. They determined that a part (condensation T) that was supposed to have been installed by the builder had not been installed. They contacted Noritz and ordered the part. The wrong part was sent, so they had to reorder. This is a weekend home for our family, so we are not always here to have service calls performed, but they worked very hard to get this fixed around our schedule. They were very, very pleasant the whole time, and they stayed in touch to keep us posted about the part being shipped, etc. The right part finally arrived late on the afternoon of Christmas Eve; even though the shop was closed that day, one of their people went by several times that day to check to see if it had arrived, and they called when it finally showed up to let us know. Early Monday morning they arrived and got it fixed. So far, it seems to have solved the problem. We will know more as time goes on and we use the hot water more. But for now I will say that I greatly appreciated their professionalism, their communication (a huge plus) with us during the process, and their willingness to work around our schedule. I will definitely be making them our plumber for all other problems in the future.

They were able to save me money by having the city come out and clear the drain. the work was performed as estimated and on time.
