BUDDY'S APPLIANCE

Description of Work: My freezer has stopped Freezing. I called him up to come out and look at it. He could have come out and charged me, but I told him what kind of freezer I had and he told me that it was really old and there was a chance he would not be able to get parts for it. He left it up to me if I wanted to take the chance.

Description of Work: They repaired the dishwasher. Called to let us know when they were coming and arrived on time. The repairman was courteous and knowledgeable. The repair was done quickly.

Description of Work: The lady I spoke to said they were busy and were only servicing "customers". Even though I has purchased two ovens, a microwave, and a cooktop from Buddy's, I didn't qualify as a customer because I hadn't purchased this refrigerator from them. When I told the lady if I had to replace the refrigerator instead of repairing the ice maker for the third time, I should go somewhere else to buy it she quickly said " oh no, I didn't suggest that!"

Description of Work: I am extremely pleased with Buddy's Mr Fixit. He worked diligently to get my washer fixed with the correct parts in spite of Samsung making it hard to get the parts. I could not have asked for a better service from an appliance repair man. I highly recommend him and will call him again.

Description of Work: The washer was acting up. He initially said he was booked, and we were looking around for someone else. Then he calls to say he had an opening same day, and came right over. He made a temporary fix, but warned us the part would eventually go, and when we ordered it, would not charge extra labor to install.
