Very prompt and efficient. Did not talk down to me but explained everything. Presented me with multiple options to repair or replace. I got several estimates from different companies and they were by far the best value for money. I would highly recommend.

Water heated failed at 4:00 AM. They responded around 8:00 AM after I submitted a request on Home Advisor. I chose them based on their Reviews. They showed up at 9:00. The service advisor explained the options. He did not push to sell the priciest package. He explained what he would do and how to complete maintenance. New water heater up and running in under 3 hours. He worked alone and left the area clean. Such a contrast from the last water heater install - that took 4+ hours, had to call in another worker to help, and had to return 2X to get the job done correctly. This was a breeze. I would definitely use them again.

They were on time and very professional. They had extensive knowledge and explained it well.

I had a no hot water. Turned out to be the heating element. They replaced it. Later, I didn't think the water was warm enough. They came out and made adjustments to the thermostat. Works great now.

With a water heater that wasn’t heating, caliente was at our house in under two hours. He was able to diagnose the problem quickly and talked me through the things he was checking so I could check them myself in the future. I will definitely be calling caliente again in the future for my water heater/softener needs!

Excellent Service! Set up appointment at around Noon and replacement of two water heaters done by 4:00pm.
