The tech that arrived at my house was very friendly, informative and helpful. I was in no way tried to be up sold or talked into things I did not need. My options were clearly laid out. After making my choice, the work of the replacement of my water heater was prompt and outstanding. A great weight was lifted off my shoulders when Caliente Hot Water serviced my house, thank you for the peace of mind.

Rick made it very easy to give me a quote since this is a rental house and I wasn't in the state. I sent pictures of the hot water heater that needed to be replaced and he gave me a quote. I rec'd a couple different quotes from others but Rick was very detailed and answered all my questions that first time I asked the questions. Even though they were a little pricey I would hire them again, plus I was able to get a parts & labor warranty for 10 years. If you need your hot water heater replaced try Caliente Hot Water. Caliente Hot Water Services responded to a request that I had submitted on Home Advisor regarding a “Rheem Performance Platinum 65’ gal Hybrid High Efficiency Smart Tank Water Heater” that I needed installed as an upgrade. I chose them based on weeks of homework done by getting several other estimates, plan of action, time lines from different companies and was not impressed with what was being offered or suggested. After reading some reviews, talking to Caliente Hot Water Services and getting an estimate about what they can suggest and offer on my project. I can say Caliente Hot Water Services was yes, a more affordable and well preferred suited fit for me. I can agree with others when I say they were by far the best value for my money by the quality of work & service that I have received. They showed up at 12:00 noon as schedule. They were very efficient, instantaneous, and overall professionals in the work provided. They did not try to talk down to me but explained everything I needed to know about the work being done. I was then presented with a range of options and counter procedures that would better serve me in completing the project of replacing and upgrading my water heater. The project was done in under 3 hours and they walked me through the functions & maintenance of the water heater to the best of their knowledge but Rheem was better for that. I would highly recommend Caliente Hot Water Services to anyone.
