First visit was no charge b/c the water heater needed a new thermostat control. It was under warranty so I had the manufacturer send one and the had Caliente back out to install. They were great!

I have dealt with all kinds of "professionals" but Rick displayed professionalism in every way. I kidded him about putting his hands on my old water heater (1998 State) like a doctor would touch a pregnant mom's belly. He diagnosed the problem on this old but faithful WH and said we could count on it for a while longer. Very professional and knowledgeable. Will call on him again.
