Fast, courteous, efficient, thorough, answered my inquiries intelligently. Gave me a reasonable quote before the job performed. After needed work was done on my home, I inquired of softener he gave quote. I will wait on unnecessary softener. But I appreciated he was not pushy on Doing that for me. He let me know size for my house and provided estimate. Great service.

Rick did a really good job setting up my new hot water heater. I just wish he would have stayed longer to show me how to set up the app to program the heater using my iPhone. Still can't get it to work.
