Prompt arrival & completed the water heater replacement in record time

The owner, Rick Powell, was extremely professional and knowledgeable about our water heaters and fixed the problems with our two heaters, that were replaced two years ago by a plumber who didn't replace using the correct valves and piping for our gas heaters. Rick also went out of his way to fix our leaky shower head. He had me call Pfister Faucets to see if the parts were warranted first so we could save some money. The parts were 100% warranted and we appreciated his honesty and workmanship knowledge to replace the parts once we received them. We would recommend Caliente Hot Water 100%.

Was a little nervous hiring a firm in San Antonio (being that I live in the DFW Area) to repair my sister's water heater. I wanted to hire one of two firms with a presence in my area. But both had pulled out of the San Antonio area. However, I am very happy with Caliente Hot Water. The two guys I dealt with were very professional. They made it super easy for me by sending detailed quotes by cell phone and email. Paying the bill was just as easy, by send an email with a payment link. They are very up to date company.

I had Rick replace my hot water heater while I was out of town for a family wedding. He did a great job! I never met Rick but talked on the phone and made arrangements. I plan to use Rick for any future plumbing needs

They put a drain pan under it in case it ever leaks, as well as a valve to turn off the water going to it if I ever need to.

Rick was GREAT! He came in, did the job, was professional, and extremely nice. :) He put our minds at ease with his skill and went above and beyond our expectations! We have found our plumber! Thanks so much Rick!
