Provided quote, stuck to it. Called in advance of arrival. Worked with customer and flexible availability for access to property. Came with sufficient parts and pieces to do the expected job. Multiple trips necessary and arrived on time with advance call to ensure customer was aware of pending arrival. Individuals courteous, little wasted time, knowledgable and efficient.

They did the work. Charged more than most. Made holes in the wall and left me to hire someone else to repair. The job started to leak. Called their 24/7 number - no reply for over 24 hours. The leak they caused did more damage then was there before they worked on the problem. NO I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY - in fact I am thinking of going after their MASTER PLUMBING License. Will be filing a complaint with the BBB. I am sure that nothing will come out of this complaint.
