Texas Foundation Experts is a cut above the rest. After getting quotes from several companies, the choice was clear. Heath provided a solution that included the foundation repair, and gutter upgrade. The job was done in 1 day for 17 pilings; the gutters were installed later.

Work was completed exactly as they said it would be. We were kept up to date on the progress. Landscaping was returned to its original location and grounds were left clean. Workers were always on time and polite. Owner, Heath Jennings, made sure we understood each step and was on hand for much of work. All inspections have been passed after the work was completed. We re very happy with this company. We would highly recommend them.

Workers did an excellent job. They were punctual, very knowledgeable regarding their work and extremely nice. We re glad to show and explain what work was being done. Twenty four piling were installed under our foundation to correct problem. Took them two days, they replanted shrubs that had to be moved and did an excellent job of cleaning up afterward. Neighbors even commented on how quick and how efficiently they cleaned up property when finished. I definitely recommend this company if you need foundation repair.

There s not an option for pier and beam- we bought an 1898 house that had some foundation and structural issues found in inspection. Ben came out and gave us a reasonable time and reassured us it was manageable. Ben came back out a couple of times while we worked on finalizing needs and arranging our finances. Ben did an awesome job estimating out and his crew worked quickly and efficiently to get the work done - they finished within a day! We are a giant step closer to being in our dream home! And demo day really is fun! Oh and Ben sold me on his 18 years experience with older homes and pier and beam !!
