They apparently had never installed tankless water heaters and had never been trained on the proper procedure for Renai water heater installation. We had recurring leaks after completion, and it took several tries for them to fix a simple connection leak. They didn't use any pvc glue when making connections at the well head. This caused a subsequent leak a year later that was repaired by the folks who drilled the well. Clearly a plumbing problem not a well problem. I have subsequently discovered several connections that were incorrectly installed and were leaking. Either no pvc glue used or weak connection. I made the repairs myself. The biggest problem was in the master bath shower. They had incorrectly installed the shower valve and it malfunctioned. It took numerous tries by them to get it repaired. During the final trip to get it repaired, the owner of the company came out and presented me with a letter he had sent to the builder saying he was not responsible for any warranty work after 1 year. Duh! I knew that and so did the builder. Strange. Also during the whole time they were at the house, the owner kept bad-mouthing Kohler products (all our fixtures and valves are Kohler!) and telling me Kohler was a lousy company and made lousy products. He also criticized our supplier, Ferguson Appliance saying they were unreliable and too expensive. When they finished working on the valve and left, I noticed that water was still dripping out of the shower head after it had been turned off. I thought it was just water in the line, but after about 20 minutes it was apparent the valve would not cut off the water supply completely and the problem was still there. I called the builder, who called the plumber. At that point the plumber blew up at the builder and said he was never coming back, ever. We were still within the 1 year warranty period. It took two more plumbers and several months to correct the problem. There were other issues like clogged pipes that should have been blown out and loose fittings, but it's not worth going into. These guys are obviously out of their league in the custom home business. The biggest problem was their attitude. It was always "someone else's fault." i would not recommend this company to anyone.
