On time. Very personable tech. He sprayed the affected area to control Acrobat ants as well as the soffit around the entire house for $129.00, which I thought was quite reasonable. The treatment of the infested area came with a 90-day warranty. I found many dead ants near the treated area.

Theyre very professional, prompt, on time, and they do excellent work. I have never had any issues after they leave and if I did they told me they would come right back. They went way over and above what they said they would do. They inspected our roof line for any way any other pests could get in thru and fixed. He takes his time to make sure his services are not rushed; not that he's slow, he's just very efficient.
