We were very satisfied with the job these guys did building our home. We have not had any problems at all and the whole experience was very pleasant. Their price was reasonable and their workmanship was top quality.

We were not happy with their performance. Everything seemed to go well, and we moved in on time, but there were several problems we discovered after moving in. The patio was not built like they said it would be, the staircase had to be completely re-built, and there were numerous little things that added up to major headaches. This would not have bothered us as much if they had fixed these things right away. It took several years for them to get it right, which is way too long.

They did a pretty good job constructing the home and we didn t have any major problems or complaints. I liked the floor plan and the fact that they finished their work on time. They were also easy to get back to deal with minor adjustments. The only complaint was, they didn t offer many choices of styles or options.

THEY WERE VERY NICE AND VERY HELPFUL. GAVE US A LOT OF INFORMATION AND DIDN'T KEEP US IN THE DARK. WE FEEL LIKE WE GOT A GREAT DEAL ON OUR HOUSE. WE BOUGHT IT UNDER THE APPRAISED AMOUNT AND THEY EVEN ADDED A BACK PORCH.
