Description of Work: Check the chimney as to whether we had a trap on top and cleaned it out. The did not scrub the inside of the fireplace as was printed and I am not sure the bricks inside were inspected. They were too quick to come and go. Friendly, courteous and on time, yes, but the rest is important also and was expected.

Description of Work: The man cleaned the chimney and cleaned all ducts in the house. He seemed to do a good job overall, but the brushes on his equipment were quite worn and he did not have the latest machine, but an older version (his Dad had the newer equipment). Generally it went pretty well.
