Description of Work: Lonestar cleaned out our chimney. They were prompt, waited patiently when I had an interruption, and apparently cleaned it well. (We can't really tell about the inside, of course, which is the only reason I gave the N/A quality rating.) I relied on their BBB rating and Super Service ratings. They seemed to know what they were doing!

Description of Work: Lone Star Air Duct and Chimney inspected and swept my chimney on Nov. 18. They showed up on time, went on roof to inspect top of chimney and then cleaned chimney from inside fireplace. Work was done quickly and without a mess. Said chimney definitely needed cleaning (it had not been cleaned in over 20 years) but otherwise was OK. Very professional and efficient.
