Description of Work: They were at my house for 5-10 minutes. To ensure that a fireplace is completely safe, it requires a longer inspection than that. I told them that the inspector when we bought the house said it looked like it had never been used, and I think they went with that assumption and did not conduct anything in the way of a thorough inspection. My son said they didn't even inspect it from the inside of the house. When I asked for a call back, no one from the company returned the call. I was very polite in all my communication with them. Very poor customer service, indeed. When I asked where I could purchase high grade wood to burn, they said to look it up on the internet myself. How unprofessional!
