Description of Work: Cleaned dryer vent. Prompt, friendly, and fast. Left every thing in laundry room as he found it. Only one complaint. He showed me a picture of what he described as a bushel basket of lint on the roof. Later in the day there was quite a bit of lint on the driveway indicating he did not get it all of it off the roof. Otherwise he did a great job.

Description of Work: Cleaned dryer vent. I would use them again. I had some difficulty scheduling the appointment. The technician said he would call me to confirm a day and time on Friday for either Saturday or Sunday but he never did. Instead I received a very early phone call (before 8am) on Sunday morning saying he was on his way and wanted my address. I told him we were unavailable and he eventually scheduled for the following Saturday but it took several days to receive a phone call back. He did do his job and was professional and polite (from what my husband said) but the appointment process needs work!

Description of Work: Lone star cleaned the ducts of our two story house as per plan, but made a huge mess. Under each duct vent there was a pile of black dust from the vents that he had made no effort to clean up, and also made no effort to protect anything under the vents. Even our toothbrushes were covered in this black stuff! He could easily have done something to help out but did not. I also gave him some white-headed screws to put the vent covers back up (for the white vents), but he either kept or threw them away and used some ugly grey ones, and left a few of them without any screws at all!
