They did a great job. I shopped around and they were definitely the lowest price.

They were able to come out 2 days after my first call and were right on time. They also called about 30 minutes before to let me know they were on their way. They did a great job and were very friendly and efficient. I would have preferred they keep protective booties on their shoes, but I don't notice where they left any tracks. It was more than I would have hoped to pay, but I did get alot of extra services. They completed the job in a little over 2 hours. Great job.

They were good. They were professional and showed up on time. They were flexible as far as different options with cleaning. I wanted to keep the price down for the area rug, so they said that they wouldn’t do the usual. They said they would do something simple to keep the price down, so I appreciated that because usually carpet companies are kind of rigid in their pricing.

In went very well. The 2-man crew were professional and took the time to do a thorough job. When steam cleaning only did not get the grout as nice was we wanted, the crew chief suggested using a mild acid, which worked great. My daughter has severe skin allergies and I was initially concerned the detergents used would leave a residue and cause her problems. But they assured me that they only uses organic cleaning agents and would leave out the one fragrance chemical. After 2 weeks, my daughter has not had any problems.

K&M was friendly, helpful, and prompt. They did a good job.

They showed up to do the job but they were not communicated as what the work was, so they didn't get the tools that was required to do the work. They went back and sent their supervisor. Then another crew came out soon and did the work. They were professional but there was confusion because they didn't communicate properly.

They did a great job. It was a rainy day, but they still made it by and never complained about the rain. They were fast, informative and did a great job. There were a few stains left, but we weren't worried about it. It's poor quality carpet that was in really bad shape before they got there. The improvement outweighed anything they couldn't get up.

They did a very good job. I have dealt with many carpet cleaners, but K & M seemed to really do a good job. I thought the price was great for the work they did, too. I do remember having to wait on them to get here.

A good expierence with the technicians doing a good job and then teilling me how to keep my grout from getting dirty again. (stop using swifer wet-jet)

Got an estimate, they came out and did a sample of what the finished product would look like, we scheduled for the service within 2 days and the total cleaning took a little more that two hours, then the floors had to drive for a couple of hours and then the sealant was applied.

It went great! They started and finished on time, were courteous, professional and knowledgeable. It looks wonderful. We'd about given up on getting the ancient kitchen linoleum clean, but they did a great job on it. Perfect!

I have used this company multiple times. They are fast, fair and don't try to upsell you on stain removal. The one thing I do recommend getting if you have pets is the enzyme spray. It kills any urine order in the carpet instantly and permanently. The guys who clean are different each time but they are consistently friendly and careful with my furniture.

Their prices were very competitive. The owner still honored the coupon I had even though it was expired. I was very impressive how well they cleaned the grout. When they left, after they cleaned, our grout was back to its original color. They were here on time and at the time they promised. The guy who did the cleaning was very helpful and gave me a lot of great tips on how to maintain the carpet and the tile after the work was completed.

The couches are microfiber and off-white in color. K&M did a fantastic job of getting the furniture cleaned. Their technicians called to let me know they were on their way and were friendly and professional. I have two large dogs and they even played with the dogs and gave them a little attention before getting to work.

We have used this company for years. They are very reasonable with their rates compared with other carpet cleaners and they do just as good of work. They also usually have coupons in the paper. They are great as they get all of the stains out and they are very professional.

I have had them come before to do the fence cleaning for me. I have worked with them twice now and have been very satisfied with them. They are very friendly and punctual. I think they are very knowledgeable because I wanted them to steam clean the couch, but they told me that because of the fabric they did not recommend it.

They did a very good job. The only thing that didn't make me totally happy was that the day they came or the day after I spilt tea on the carpet, so I called them to see if they could come and clean it, and they never came back. They didn't have to, but it would have been nice if they had.

Their staff is very polite and very efficient. They re nice to deal with and did a great job at a reasonable price. We are very happy with their service and would highly recommend them to everyone.

I was surprised that they did not vacuum before hand.

I liked the fact that this company is very respectful of your home and they are very prompt. It didn't take very long to schedule them to come out. They did a great job getting the stains out of our carpets and it didn't take them long to finish the job. The carpets stayed clean and stain free.

They were very polite and very professional. The customer service was excellent and I did not have to wait for them to show up because they were here on time. After they finished everything, the carpet looked very nice.

I had K&M clean all the carpeted areas in my home (living room, two bedrooms, hallway, and a straight staircase) and add Scotchgard treatment. They did a pretty thorough job, though some stains remain. I should have pointed out one area of particular concern. My only complaint is that they didn't really move the furniture as advertised; they moved some very light things like a small chair, but just sort of cleaned around items like a bed (even though the bed is on wheels). They also did one large and one small patch on the carpet to repair some pet damage. The patches are not perfect (carpet grain on the small one is not matched, edges are still visible on both) but they certainly look better than before! Prices reasonable, staff polite and efficient. Arrived on time.
