They are for the most part very helpful. We are on their elite service plan, so if we call them ahead we get a loaner car. Their prices are not bad for the service and they do a good job. If we have a trouble, they are very attentive to helping us. The price they charge us depends on the service performed or provided. We pre-paid for the elite plan when we purchased our car, so when the service fees go up, we don’t get charged anymore. This plan also entitles us to a loaner car and they really work with us, so we have been real pleased with them.

The service representative, Nick, was very helpful. He was also very pleasant to speak with and was not at all pushy about suggesting any extra services which I did not request. The service area is always so neat and clean.
