Heaven's Best Carpet Cleaning

I have several children, dogs, and a cat. My carpets are not in the best shape. When the technician left, my carpeted rooms looked and smelled great! A very pleasant experience and absolutely will call them again.

I found them through Angie’s List. They were thorough with their exam and they stayed until they had the job done. Their price is within range as anybody else. They did stretching and cleaning.

This is the best carpet cleaning company I have used in the 12 years I have lived in Austin. Not only did Adam perfectly power vacuum all the corners of our carpets, but he got them cleaner than I have seen them since we moved into our house 6 years ago. Very impressed. It took a little longer than I expected, but that was due to Adam's perfectionism in making my carpets awesome looking. My only complaint is that when I called for an original quote, about $150,, I had thought I would clean two more bedrooms than I did. After Adam was done, he let me know it would have only been $20 to clean the two other rooms because of the special they had going. I wish I had known that before, as I would have gone ahead and done the two extra rooms. In all, great experience, great company, Adam was fantastic, buy local, and btw, absolutely no bad smell and the carpets really were dry in about 1.5 hours. Great job!

They do a good job. The carpets are clean. They don’t leave the carpets wet. I would recommend them to others. I would use them in the future.

I was impressed with the young man who cleaned all the carpets in my home in 4 hours. He did an excellent job cleaning around all my furniture! The carpets were even dry enough to walk on after he was done. I will be using them again in the future!

They are punctual and very reasonably priced. They do exactly what they say they are going to do and they did an excellent job.

We loved them. We pretty much check on Angie's List before we hire anyone. It took a day to finish and it all looks good. There was stain and dirt on the carpet. I'm going to use them again. They gave me an estimate to clean all the other carpets in our house by the end of the month.

They did a great, great, great job. They got my rugs cleaner than they have looked in a long time. My rugs are 15 years old and they look brand new. They still look pretty good considering that I have 3 kids under the age of 5.

They picked up two oriental rugs (approx. 6x8 and 8x8) that had been urinated on by our pets and were soiled by general use. One had been stored in our garage, since we couldn't keep the dog off of it. They cleaned and dried the rugs at their facility and returned them promptly. They came back in excellent shape, clean and fresh-smelling - no pet odors at all. They were prompt, polite and professional - I would highly recommend them, and will use them again in the future.

I initially chose Heaven's Best because of their high rating in all categories on Angie's List. I also appreciated the fact that their products were pet and child friendly. Bridget set up my appointment at a time that worked for me. I talked with J.L. Stevens that morning and he said they had finished up an appointed earlier than expected and said they could come a half hour sooner if that worked for me. Yes it did, and J.L. showed up promptly with his helper. He checked the area, explained the process to me, and got right to work. I have to say that I appreciated his professional appearance and that he handed me a card to identify himself. It's a good way to conduct business. This was a small job, so it didn't take long. The house smelled clean and fresh and looked that way too upon inspection when dry, it was a job well done. I will use them again in the future, and recommend Heaven's Best to friends.

They showed up on time. I pointed out a few stains on the carpet and they got straight to work. They were polite, quick and very good at what they do. The carpet looked like a millions bucks when they were done. And their cleaning is environmentally friendly, which is important to us. We will definitely use them again!

I wanted to try a new company as the one I have used in the past soaked my carpet and it took days to dry. I sought out a company based off of the reviews and Heaven's Best has great reviews. The initial contact making the appointment and the professionalism of the crew were great. The work however left me wanting more. Its not that it was out right terrible its that it was just 'eh'. The 'eh' comes in to play because they did not get some stains out and when I asked them to go back over them they were hesitant. I mean I know all stains won't always come out but at least when I point them out be exicted to re do an area. I will have to give props that there were some bad stains that they did a good job with so it wasn't all bad. I guess I was expecting more with all the great reviews.

On time, professional, thorough. I have used them also on previous occasions to clean my rugs. The best in Austin in my opinion.

This is the third year we've used Heaven's Best and I recommend it to all my friends. Excellent cleaning, professionalism, and best of all, the rugs are clean, fresh-smelling and dry within a few minutes.

The workmen were prompt, didn't fool around but went straight to work. There were two men and they divided the job: one worked on the cat urine stain and the rest of the closet; the other went to work on the hallway carpet and the carpeted stairs. The job was done thoroughly, and they left as promptly as they had come. I am pleased with the work they did, but cat pee smell is pungent and pervasive. I've continued to dose the spot with baking soda and that seems to be making a difference. (Stain did not go past carpet into padding, etc.)

JL and Bridget are an excellent team! Arrived on time and JL and crew were extrememly professional and did an excellent job. Highly recommend this team and plan on using them every 6 months!

I had a great experience with Heaven's Best - clear info & estimate provided over the phone, then JL and his assistant arrived exactly at the scheduled time. I showed them the trouble spots we needed cleaned, and they went to work. They use equipment that is less noisy than I've experienced before. The result was a very improved looking carpet that smelled good - a nice orange/citrus scent. The work (3 rooms and 2 halls) was done in a couple of hours and the carpet dried very quickly afterwards. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again and highly recommend them.

The crew arrived about 45 minutes early, but called first to make certain that was OK. Once here, they did the work quickly and professionally. The carpet looked almost like new when they were done, and still looks good more than a week later. The fact that they will move large pieces of furniture (which many companies will not) was a plus, and well worth the extra $10. The crew cheif went over the bill with me in detail without having to be asked. The cost was reasonable for the work done, and there were no unexpected charges.

The also took one of my rugs and cleaned it off site. Great service.

They showed up on time. They did a great job of cleaning my carpets. They were very careful while working in my home, always very professional, and when they finished they left me a new bottle of their best spray carpet cleaner. I will definitely use this company again.

From booking to completion of a two phase job, the experience was very good and the results very good. They were extremely transparent, told what they could do and referred us on other tasks they couldn't do that day, which was very good of them. We appreciated the open and honest approach and would definitely use them again.

These folks were absolutely great to talk with and to do business with. I got a quick and helpful reply on availability (we live away from the business area) and Jeff was right on time. He worked very quickly thoroughly and was very professional and competent. Both he and his wife were factual, and very honest. I can honesly say this was the best cleaning experience from start to finish, including price. Most of all the rugs are spotless, dried rather fast, and look great. Very good. JL came in between jobs, which Bridget really went to bat for us to get him to our place. Spent a good ninety minutes of hard work to do their best to get a powerful stain our of the carpet. Can barely see it. (Only if you point it out.) Saved us from replacing the nearly new carpet. I am very thankful to them.

The guys called the morning of to say that they were ahead of schedule and could be there an hour early, if that was all right with me. They showed up at the new time, on time, were very courteous and asked if I had any special concerns. I have a dog and had a few spots where accidents had occurred as well as a mystery spot that seemed to be growing. They worked on the spots and cleaned the carpets in about an hour. When they were done the team leader told me that the mystery spot had a lot of oil and he explained that it might be where my dog waits for me while I am gone. After they were done all spots were gone and the carpets were really clean.
