Due to the negative write up on Angie's List we were contacted by the owners to see if the problem could be resolved. The owners are so very pleasant and want happy customers. The person we were not pleased with has left. We have only the best to say about their service and attitude. We would recommend them to anyone. Our daughter in San Antonio has also been very pleased.

Description of Work: We have a busy office with 4 docs and lots of foot traffic. Heaven's Best did a GREAT job of cleaning the carpet, tile and sheet vinyl in the bathrooms. They charged us exactly what they quoted (after they'd seen the space) and really did an excellent job. We'd had another company do it a couple years prior and there were problems with what we were charged and having to come back because they didn't really do a very good job in certain areas. We had better service, cleaner floors and less expensively with Bridget Stevens and her crew at Heavens Best. We will definitely use them again!

Description of Work: I wanted a "dry" carpet cleaning service to minimize the number of hours we had to stay off of the areas. Heaven's Best cleaned two rooms, one hallway and the traffic area in one other room. The staff was on time and courteous. There was one area which required additional cleaning as it appeared that some of the chemicals had leaked from one of their machines. The owner was the one who returned in a very timely manner to clean up the chemical spot and he got that area as nice as all of the other areas. There was no charge for coming back and the owner was as courteous as his staff. I did use the discount coupon from Angie's List to get this special price. I would definitely use Heaven's Best again.

Description of Work: J.L. came and cleaned the carpet in hallway, flight of stairs. He pre-cleaned spots and stains and performed a list of services such as pre-vac, edge vac, used pet enzymes, deodorized, disinfected, etc., etc.

Description of Work: Heaven's Best cleaned 5 rooms of carpet, which included pet treatment, spot treatment and spot removal. They were able to treat spots that we didn't expect to come out, such as yellow acrylic paint spots that were 4 years old and glue spots the dog tracked in that were also 4 years old. In addition we had many spots where soda and drinks had been spilled over the years. We had not had our carpets cleaned at all since we moved in about 5 years ago. The dry time was advertised at about 1 hour and that was true overall. The areas that had heavy spots took a bit longer to dry and we were warned about that - it was because they had to use more solution to get those areas clean. We emptied our rooms ahead of time, but they would have moved the lighter items if needed. They did work around a couple of pieces that we left in the rooms and everything looks nice. It has been a couple of weeks since they cleaned the carpet and the carpet does not show any signs of spots re-emerging and the carpet feels soft and looks new.

Description of Work: They cleaned 6 rooms of carpet and three rooms of ceramic tile. We just finished house-training a puppy. I wanted to get all the enzymatic cleaner spots out from that. Our grout and tile was quite dingy. Because we have a lot of antiques, I did most of the moving work before and after - they moved the heavy stuff including sofa, easy chairs, coffee and end tables.
