Best floor cleaning service we've ever used. Staff is experienced, polite, clean, industrious, thorough, and fair. Phone contact (Bridget) is helpful, professional and easy to work with. We recommend this company without any reservations. The rug was a challenge because it is wool and the badly stained fringe is cotton. Heaven's Best's cleaning restored the colors of the rug and removed all stains. The carpeted areas were clean, fresh and dry within a half hour. Tile and grout cleaned thoroughly. The concrete area had never had this type of cleaning and we are pleasantly surprised and very pleased with the result. With 2 people working, the jobs were completely quickly. Moved furniture to clean and asked where to reposition it when finished.

Hands down the best carpet cleaning service I have ever experienced. I cannot count the companies I have hired in the past where the next day I felt as though I had done nothing but waste my money. These guys are the complete opposite of that. I feel as though I got a good bargain on a great service.

Carpet looked great. Have had it cleaned previously and Heaven's Best made it look better than ever! There was one spot in the guest bedroom that they couldn't get out. They thought it would lighten up after they left, but it didn't. Happy with the service anyway.

We have 4 dogs, a baby and a house full of carpet. Not a great combination. Since we're currently renting, we can't rip the carpet out... so, we opted to get it cleaned. Heaven's Best sent out a two-person team to vaccum, treat stains (which we had lots of), and clean the carpets. The guys showed up on time, were very curtious, and got the carpets clean. They even moved some furniture for us. I couldn't be more pleased with the results, and would absolutely use them again.

They were very satisfactory. They were right on time and very polite. I had no troubles whatsoever. Cleaning the regular carpet cost about $150, and the oriental rug cleaning cost about $500. They clean oriental rugs by hand. They did a very nice job. You hardly knew he was around because he was very quick and efficient. The carpets look fine.

He arrived on time. He did a very thorough job and explained the process. It dried within 2 hours! Really amazing. The carpet looks great.

I don?t think anyone could have removed all of the stains, but he worked quite h****** it. He came out right away and was very polite and professional. Because of the process they use, the carpets don?t look clean at first, and then once it dries it looks better. Although initially I was skeptical, the results were good and I was pleased with the work.

They were wonderful, if I could give them an A+++ I would. We found them on Angie's List. I felt like the price was fair, it wasn't too much or too little. My carpet looks brand new, they are great people. The company is professionally run, they were punctual and cleaned up after themselves meticulously. They came in and spot treated the carpet very well before ever starting the job. They moved furniture and moved it back and were very careful about it because the walls had just been painted. They were dressed well and careful about not tracking anything into the house. They said "please" and "thank you" and were thankful for the business.

I had 3 rooms cleaned, and believe me - those carpets has seen better days. I wasn't expecting any miracles, especially since I wasn't familiar with how well their systems work. the carpets look FANTASTIC! Very satisfied, and I will use them again.

My brother and I wanted to give a birthday present to my parents (aged 90 and 85, b-days on January 12 and 13th) of a cleaning of the carpets in the whole house. Their house has 2 bedrooms, office, two living rooms and a dining room, with one hall and one bath that is carpeted. I originally arranged with Bridget to have 6 rooms and the hall cleaned for approximately $170+tax. The two members of the crew showed up on time and did a great job. My parents were very pleased with the work when finished, especially that the process did not use water and was dry in about an hour. My mom chose not to have the combined living/dining room done nor one bedroom.

This was my first experience with a low moisture carpet cleaning process, and the results were great. Previous experiences with "steam" cleaning services had produced mixed results and once required carpet replacement due to over saturation and mold growth. After Heaven's Best process the carpet looked great, dried quickly, and there was no re-staining due to moisture wicking back up from the pad. Plus, it was a pleasure to do business with their courteous, friendly and professional staff.

This was one of the best home service experiences I've ever had Let me give you some background first so the review is specific about the company. I was skeptical because Heaven's Best does not use steam cleaning, but use the dry, (buffer pad), technique. I've had OK experiences with steam cleaning with clean carpets, but also had scuffed up baseboards, wet hallways and carpet stretching. It turns out the dry technique, at least in the hands of Heaven's Best, was MUCH BETTER and I didn't expect that. It's not as messy, it's quieter, there are no wet hoses, and it does not stretch out the carpet. Best of all it's dry in about an hour in most spots, but might take a little longer is spots where they have some deep spot stains to get out. One note, don't freak out if it seems a little nappy right after- the buffer seems to clump the fibers a bit. Let it dry completely, vacuum to fluff and it's better than new. That said, I went with the Angie's List recommendation for the top rated provider using this technique. We have a one year old who's running all over the place and the idea that we could just pen her up in one room for a couple of hours while the carpet dried was appealing. The crew was clean and professional, uniformed and handed me a business card at the door. The were well spoken, courteous and got to work right away. I did a brief walk through to point out stains and what type I thought they were, (pet and baby spit-up), and after that they got going. They'll move most furniture if you like, but because it's a dry process, you're furniture won't get discolored so you don't need to move everything. I almost forgot they were there because they were so quiet. Best of all they literally got our five year old carpet looking better than when we bought the house. I've decided to have them back every six months. Truly excellent work.

We had a well-worn and very dirty path through our bedroom into the bathroom. Another carpet cleaner, asked for a quote on the phone, said not to bother - that it probably wouldn't come clean. We found Heaven's Best on Angies List. They came on time, at a great price, and left us a spotless bedroom! We are delighted.

While the carpet and pad are very good, they are also more than 17 years old. The carpet had stains that had come back after several "steam" cleanings, so I waited a week after Heaven's Best's cleaning to see it it happened again. I'm happy to report that the stains and odors are gone! The concrete areas are the best they've ever looked. Area rugs and tile look like new. Very thorough vacuuming before using the cleaning equipment. Protected wood floor from the cleaning solution and machinery. Carpets were dry within 15-30 minutes.

The worker arrived on time in a truck with their name and picture and wearing a very nice shirt that had Heaven's Best printed on it. He was very cordial while I showed him the areas to clean. We discussed prices of cleaning some other rugs, and I decided to just have the carpets cleaned this time. I felt confortable enough to leave the house while the cleaning was taking place. I returned, and he was just finishing up. He presented the bill, and we talked a little bit about keeping wool rugs clean. He was very knowledgeable. It was a great experience.

They did a great job. They were on time, which is always nice. The man who cleaned the carpet was really nice. The main reason I selected them is they are environmentally friendly and their product is safe for my little one who is on the floor a lot. Their product also smelled very nice, very citrusy! I would absolutely hire them again, in fact I've used them twice!

He arrived on time and gave me an estimate. It took about one and a half hours to finish and we were able to be back on the carpet about 1 hour after he finished. We were pleased with the cleaning and will use Heaven's Best again in the future

They were very clean workers. I thought that they were very respectful in my home. They got all the stains out of the carpet. They were also very professional.

I was so happy with this service. They took care of moving large furniture out of the way for me and then put everything back where it belonged when they were done. He also wore Keds tennis shoes when he walked on the carpet afterwords. He was very helpful and left me a bottle of spot remover solution for free.

The person that cleaned the carpet showed up at the scheduled time and was friendly. He did a very thorough job cleaning the carpet. He was able to get out most stains, and the carpet looked very good after he finished. The carpet in most places was ready to be walked on after about an hour.
