Garett and his team are truly professionals from the sale through support. Because of the great job installing hardwood in our previous home, we had them do all the flooring in my new home. They did an outstanding job!

They did a fantastic job and the floors looks great.
I highly recommend Floors Centers of Texas. Speak to Tim Dunnahoo. He's the guy that came to measure and provide me the estimate. I made it clear to him about past bad floor experiences from other companies and he assured me that Floor Centers of Texas would stand by their product and work and they do.

First day the foreman left and left me with two undocumented workers that could not speak english,So I had to stay home instead of going to work myself. I called about this, the next day the boss showed up and said he was going to get quarter rd and never came back. The installer made a couple of mistakes, which happens. And all one can do is fix it. I talked with the boss and he said two of the places he could fix, and when they did I was ok with them. The other repairs in the living area didnt go so well, there was a major dip in the floor where they did not use the right leveling compound, several of the pieces of flooring were not joined together correctly. When I showed the boss man he went on about the leveling and obviously could not comprehend. When I mentioned the cracks he did not even look and said it was my flooring?????????????? This is expensive stuff and it is an install issue, not my flooring. I talked with the sales guy and he said this guy would fix it. He did not even touch them. He removed the flooring above the dip, refloated that area and installed new. I checked the floor this morning and it is not correct, lips sticking up, some of dip still exists, glue squeezing thru. It will have to be repaired again, this time I hope correctly, major problem is that it is inside my front door in a major traffic area. Had told him and the sales guy that he should just leave the quarter rd and I would install. I came thru and he was cutting the quarter rd, I told him again. As I was leaving he continued to cut the trim. And when I got back, sure enough it was too short. The first day the guys put up plastic to pretect my house, removed in the evening as appropriate, but never put up the next two days. I had a layer of dust over my entire house that I had to get a cleaning team in to take care of. Thank God I covered my electronics They have a decent rating on Angies list, but they sure messed this one up I signed the agreement to do this floor, gave down pmt. But when I asked for my invoice it came with a whole lot more lines explaining their policies, they were not on the proposal so why put them on now?? Oh I know, so they could charge me another 50 bucks

Hired them to refinish a 75 year old hardwood floor (approx. 900 sqft) and they did a fantastic job, it looks brand new. Would definitely hire these guys again, very professional and friendly.

We had a couple of snags on installation of wall tiling, but it was handled acceptably and everything else was great. They were a couple of warranty issues that were also handled in a timely and professional manner.

The workmanship was great. There was a quality problem with the tile (fault of the manufacturer) and Floors of Texas replaced all of the bad tile with no questions asked. They also had the best price out of 4 different companies. Work with Garett Koch.
