Quote was competitive with other providers on Angie's list, so I went with them based on their high ratings. I had the replacement done at my residence. The customer service person who set up the appointment did not correctly record my phone number, so the appointment was a bit of a disaster. I called the company an hour before the end of the appointment window to confirm that someone was going to show up, which is when I found out about the erroneous phone number. The repair person showed up a half an hour late, due to rush hour traffic, and was not very friendly. No doubt because it was after business hours, and he had been stuck in traffic trying to reach my home. The window was replaced, and the repair was professionally done, but I ended up having to clean up all the leftover broken glass inside the truck. On other glass replacements I have done here in Austin, the companies have at least made an attempt to clean up most of the leftover broken glass, So I would rate A- for quality of replacement and cost, and B- for customer service. A little more attention from the phone person would have saved everyone a lot of time and hassle.

They replaced a cracked windshield quickly and on time, for the price quoted.

They were prompt, courteous, and the work was done to my satisfaction. I requested an estimate online late one evening and received a call the very next morning. I set up an appointment and the work was completed within an hour and a half as promised. I would definitely recommend and will use again.

Their service facility is not fancy, but they did a great job at a reasonable price. It was easy to make an appointment and the car was ready when promised. I would use them again, although I sure hope I don't need to.

As far as the windshield replacement, that is/was fine. No leaks or wind noises afterward. The following day I did notice 2 problems connected with the replacement. One being the rear-view mirror became un-attached to the windshield interior surface and a second problem with the windshield wipers not 'parking' properly. Upon calling company and relating the problems, the same installer came to make the repairs. He used a better adhesive for mounting the rear-view mirror which did the job properly this time. The installer had problems with the splined shafts on the wiper attachment mechanism. I witnessed the installer use heavy tool blows as he attempted to attach each wiper to its correct orientation. I know that is not the proper procedure and I suggested he use a lubricant on the plastic parts instead of brute force with a tool. A spray of lube on the two mating pieces cured the alignment issue. Another lessor issue I had was with removing the inspection sticker. The installer used some kind of wetting agent. That tore the inspection sticker pretty badly. It was still visible from the outside, but the sticker itself inside was falling apart. Luckily it held up another 3mths until it was time for another annual inspection. I'm sure the inspection sticker can be removed without any type of wetting agent.....btdt I'm writing this review 4mths after the work. I will use this company again if needed.

Auto Glass Solutions more reasonable than the Ford dealer, or the other auto glass replacement providers I called. I arrived at their shop at the scheduled time, and they immediately began work on my truck. They completed the job on time and I have not had any problems with the windshield or installation. I will definitely use them again in the future, and would strongly recommend anyone needing auto glass work contact them regarding a quote.

I was referred to Safelite by my insurance company. Saw they were A rated on Angies List so I wasn't going to change, but for the heck of it I called Autoglass Solutions. Same thing but $215 instead of $300. Really? They were courteous, professional, seem to be a family run business which is nice, and the owner/installer spent time to explain what he did. Takes pride in his work. Anyway, price + quality = value.

We showed up early and they took us immediately. Had internet access so we could continue to work while they replaced the windshield. It was done quickly.

Perfect job - gave me a quote ($100 less than the company my insurance company referred) that was spot-on, showed up when expected (and even called first), did the job as expected, and explained how to make sure it sealed properly. I highly recommend them - and ask for Cody. He's efficient and courteous - I'd hire him away if I had a spot for him.

The windshield was installed in the time it took us to head out in the other car and get lunch. We were cautioned not to expose the new sealant to moisture over the next twenty-four hours, so the car was kept in the garage for a day.

My car was broken into at night, and my window was shattered. I called for an estimate the next afternoon. The repair man arrived at my office within an hour and was finished within the next hour. Fast and convenient

It was a cold and rainy day and my car had been broken into. They sent a mobile unit out in about four hours after call. Repair took about an hour. Couldn't ask for more at a fair price.

I checked Angies List and found Auto Glass Solutions after getting a high quote from a major collision center I'd used in the past. Auto Glass Solutions' quote was nearly 50% less for the same work. They gave me a same-day appointment and estimated the job would take 1-hour. I arrived with reading material to occupy me while I waited and the job was actually done in about 30-minutes, half the estimated time and the quality and appearance of the work was excellent. They were able to salvage my license and inspection stickers from the old windshield. The TxTag sticker didn't survive but was easily replaced with a stop at the DPS service center on my way home. Auto Glass Solutions under promised and over delivered with very competitive pricing. I'm so glad I checked Angie's List on a hunch before defaulting to "Big Name Collision Centers" (not its real name) - who also does excellent work, but for twice the price and half the convenience of Auto Glass Solutions!

I called Auto Glass Solutions, and they gave me an appointment the same afternoon I called. Since my insurance would not pay for it (deductible too high), I needed a good price. I felt theirs was a good deal because the price included service and my impression from the phone call was that they were very professional. I arrived at the agreed time and they started to work immediately. The paperwork was fast as was the replacement, and I was finished in less than an hour. They did a very good job. The window works like new. They were professional, fast and friendly.

Work was started shortly after arrival and was completed within 15 minutes.

Great experience start to finish. We had the unfortunate situation of having our car broken into one Friday afternoon down around the Lady Bird Lake trail. I sent an email to Auto Glass Solutions on Friday night seeking a quote and an appointment for the following morning. They called me the next morning around 8:30, gave me the quote and said they could squeeze me into the morning schedule. When we arrived, they were able to start on my car right away which was a very good thing because I had two small boys in tow - luckily (or maybe on purpose) they had a nature show on the office TV so the boys could watch a show about sea turtles and manatees while we waited. They vacuumed out the glass that had fallen into the car and disposed of the other big sheets of glass that had shattered. Installation was fast, reasonably priced and everyone was very professional. Would highly recommend this company if you ever need auto glass replaced.

I arrived at their shop about an hour early as my previous appointment had ended early. They were able to start on my vehicle right away. I wound up getting the job done by the original appointment time.

The tech, Lupe did a great job. Very efficient and polite. Price was good and the office was also efficient and polite. I highly recommend and would use them again.

Lupe came out this morning and in about an hour, not only replaced the windshield but also reapplied all the stickers so they look like they've been there all along. Nice friendly guy, great job.

Had a little trouble finding the business (only because I thought I was going to some other company - my issue). Once there, they were prompt and professional. The cost was less than other companies that come to your location. I would recommend and use again.
