Nothing but courtesy and professionalism, from initial phone contact to actual service in home. They communicated clearly and effectively, worked with me when I couldn't physically print out the coupon on Angie's List, and the electricians got the work done in less time than had been estimated. Very nice people all the way around.

AC was very accomodating on scheduling. The guys that showed up were on time, professional, friendly.

Aaron was Fantastic!! He installed the plug via the closet under the stairs. He offered me a choice of just a cover plate or a box into which I could put a pull light under the stairs. The closet is deep and dark at the end so I was thrilled to have the ability to place a light in that area. He then moved on to the laundry. This is where he went above and beyond in installing the box in a VERY, VERY tight area. I still cannot figure out how he managed to do it but, he did exactly what we wanted. He was courteous and customer service oriented. Well done electrical work and left the work areas spotless! Highly recommended!

They were very responsive and did good work.

It took a few phone calls before the owner could find my house (needs to buy a GPS). He arrived late but provided the estimate as expected. The workman was professional but a left a bit of a mess and a few drywall holes for me to patch up.

Overall, we were very pleased.

They did a good job. Got the job done quickly and without any problems. Came back later to check on it when all the bulbs burned out less than a month later and checked the wiring and replaced the lamps for us. I will use them again for future electrical work that comes up. Very nice people to work with.

The service was great -- they were on time, and I was able to use an Angie's List deal to have several small electrical fixes performed in a short amount of time. The technicians stayed longer than they had to, per the terms of the deal, but didn't charge me any extra for the time. Everything works great, a few months later.

The person doing the work verified with me what he was doing and if there was anything I should be aware of he let me know.

I had bought all the parts necessary for installation of four halogen light elements (each one having four and two lights). The electrician mounted every element exactly where I wanted it and connected those elements with each other under the hanging kitchen cabinets. He also connected those light fixtures to the electricity by running the connection cable through the wall toward an electric outlet. His work was done very orderly and professional.

The work went well and was completed in what I thought was very good time. Mike was always careful and seemed to me to be observing all elements of the electrical code, as far as I could see. Mike was very cheerful and straightforward, and it was pleasant dealing with him. Since the project was completed, we have had no trouble of any kind with any of the changes that he made to our house's electrical system.

He took down two ceiling fans and put up two new fans. He was nice, curtious and showed us how to use the remote controls.

On time and completed all tasks we had planned within 2 hour window

It went extremely well. He installed smoke detectors and a fixture in the breakfast room, being very careful to hang it at the right height and straight. He even replaced a difficult to reach bulb in a tall ceiling.

Everything went perfect from looking at what had to be done until the fans were at the ceiling.

They sent Aaron to do the actual work and I was pleased since previous reviewers had been very positive about their experience with him. I am very pleased with the result. Aaron was on time, very responsive, adjusted to my changing things on the fly (like not liking a light fixture and my running out to get another or wanting a elect. outlet moved and not being very decisive about where it would go). Aaron was patient and he was self-directed. Once he knew what was expected he went right to it. Aaron was also creative in finding solutions for issues that came up during installation (like unexpected limited access for a light fixture box that he made an elegant adjustment to make it work). The job took a day and most of another. Debi made the job go much smoother in adjusting the schedule to allow Aaron to come the next day when the job ran longer than estimated. Really everyone involved made me feel that this small job was important to them and I felt that the decision to have them do this project was a good one. I would call them again.

Not only fixed what I needed, but made suggestions to improve on my idea.

It was great. Quality work. I stiil had plenty of time to be productive on my day off.

Erin arrived on time and got to work immediately once I showed him what I needed done. He had to go up in the hot attic to do part of the work. Once he was finished inside, he went back up in the attic and fluffed up the insulation. I really appreciated that! He completed the task within the amount of time I was quoted and was professional and friendly. Please note that I used an Angie's List Big Deal so the $99 mentioned was the reduced coupon price.

They did fine work and were punctual. The price was the same as other electricians. I plan on calling them to install a light fixture for the bathroom.

Premier Hot Tubs recommended Mike Short, A. C. Electric to do the electrical hookup for the spa I purchased from them. I called Mike when I had a delivery date scheduled and he said he would coordinate directly with Premier. The spa was delivered and a couple hours later Mike showed up and despite less than favorable conditions after it had been raining pretty hard, Mike went to work connecting the spa. Within a couple hours he was done and the spa was powered up. Mike did a great job, worked after hours on a Friday night to get this finished and was very reasonably priced. Very happy with his work and would definitely use him again.

Took a month for him to get here. Service was adequate but not professional!

I initailly set up an appointment with Mike who asked me to call him back the morning of the service call to remind him. I did and he said that he could not make it today because of health reasons. The folowing week would be better. I stated no problem but when? He said to call him on Monday. I did, set up another appontment. Met him at the house to review what I wanted to be done. A simple circuit check for one outdoor plug that had no power and to replace two outdoor light fixtures. He told me to go and buy the fixtures and he would have someone out this week to do the work. No show again for the week. I called him again and he said that he would be gone next week but would have Barry come by and do the work on Thursday. I called Barry, who also said to call him to remind him on Thursday. I did and Barry indicated that he could not make it that day due to working on another job. I said, o.k. how about next week. Yes, Tuesday would be much better. Again, a no show. I called Mike who indicated that he would be out that afternoon to do the job. Again, a no show and never a call back on any occasion to follow-up. I actually took off from work twice to meet them there and eventually just left the fixtures in the garage and asked them to come anytime during the day of the previoulsy scheduled appointments.I am done with this guy. A total lack of respect for other people and their time. And for Angie supporting the $99.00 worthless coupon. I will ask for a refund!

The owner was a bit gruff on the phone every time we spoke, but maybe he was just busy. we bought the $99-for-2-hrs coupon, and at first it was a bit difficult to schedule an appt time; i had to really be persistent and pushy in my (multiple) requests. I think the owner finally got sick of me, so I finally got an appt time. This is why I gave this company a B instead of A rating. But the owner ended up sending a worker by the name of Aaron who was so good/knowledgeable/friendly he almost completely made up for that hiccup ... almost. So if I was basing my review strictly on the actual worker who had completed the work, I would have given an A. But due to my initial experience, I have to give a B. In addition, I have since called and left a message asking to schedule another appt to have more work done but have never received a call back. I imagine they're very busy, but I would think a company would value repeat business. So although I'd love to have Aaron back over to do some more work, I am now looking for other electricians on Angie's List.
