Well...we never used them.

He checked out the attic and said all the duct work was sealed and I had metal ducts. He said I could use 3 inches more insulation, but it was level with the joists. I think the charge of 80.00 was a little high as I paid 50.00 last year for a more detailed inspection. I just wanted 2 opinions as it's hard to trust service people anymore. Thanks for your referral, I would use them again.

Excellent. Their pricing was very competitive, and their work is quality. The manufacturer of the Amana unit didn't include the right parts, and they immediately figured this out and came back the next day to fix it. The process took 1 day to finish, and their work was very clean. I would use them again for all our future needs.

I called A+ based on the prior reviews on Angie's List. I didn't have any major problems, just needed someone to add refrigerant. The tech did and also tightened the suction valve. Most likely I will use A+ in the future unless they give me a reason not to use them.

I thought they acted fairly. Difficult to rate quality since this is the first time this has happened (in the past has been excellent).
Description of Work: A/C unit was freezing up. Thought problem was fixed on first visit, but recurred within a week. Discovered first technician did not blow-out drain line, but only removed some debris manually. Company reimbursed me $71 blow-out charge and did not charge me a recall fee.

A-Plus Energy came here exactly when I expected them. They complete the job in one day. Now my house cools so wonderfully. They removed the old parts and cleaned everything up very nicely. I thought the workers were friendly, helpful, and professional. I would use this company again. I tell my friends about their great service too.
