All Year Roofing was great. I dealt with Dennis the entire time. He returned my calls promtly. All the work was done properly. There was one issue with the paint used for the chimney. But once I pointed it out to Dennis, he sent someone the next day to correct the paint color.

Dennis Harrison called within 2 minutes of my request. We set the appointment and the estimate was done. He took pictures of damage on the roof to show to me and my wife. He was very professional an well informed. The crew ht replaced the roof was very good and did a wonderful job. We are very greatful that Dennis and Allyear responded to our request. Will recommend to others who need roof work done.

WARNING! PLEASE READ THROUGH. All Year Roofing did an exceptional job on the roof. I rate them A+ on the job they did, and I would recommend them to my friends and neighbors. My WARNING to all is to please check or get someone to check your gas lines in your attick before they start roofing. My builder did such a poor job of building my house and ran gas lines right up against the decking. When the roofers shoot nails through, it puctured the gas flex hose, and my A/C line. This is very dangerous. We were lucky we didnt get seriously hurt or die from it. Thanks to my wife's keen sense of smell. $761.39 to fix gas and A/C.

The crew worked hard and the job was finished in two days. They took care of all trash from the project. My house looks great.

Dennis Harrison was very prompt in contacting us and gave us a good price. The foreman was not on the job as promised so communication with the crews was limited. Overall they did a good job. The 10 year warranty has a maintenance fee after two years so you might ask about that. You do have a free 2 year warranty.

Dennis was great to work with. We had no experience filing an insurance claim and he was very helpful with the process. Can't wait to see the final product.

Had 10 to 15 shingles missing on my roof ridges, they were repair quickly but I though it was expensive for 15 minutes of work.

Came out the same day and gave me a fair appraisal and the work was completed the next week.

They did an excellent job replacing our skylight at a very reasonable price.

They came out and quickly repaired the room and gave me a 1 year warranty on the job.

I could not have been more pleased with the level of customer service from All Year Roofing. From first response to completion, Mr. Harrison kept me advised of each and every step of the process. Having never before handled, our home repair matters, I was hesitant, and did not know where to begin. Prompt, informative, quality work at a fair price and repairs complete a full day before I expected. The day of repairs, I arrived at my home with no sign that any one had been there. Very impressive!

Shingle were repaired and flashings painted when promised. Before and after photos allowed me to see comparison of work, since I was out of area. The insurance company had followup questions that were promptly documented by All Year Roofing.

Dennis is a well versed professional and the explanation he gives about the roof seems to be well knowledgeable and professional. I guess I should have talked to him first prior to me writing the response to your questionnaire. He definitely has gone beyond what he normally specified in the contract. His crew is efficient in getting the work done and in addition they went beyond by coming back to my house and redoing the additional leaks without a single penny charge. I must admit there was something that did attract me about him doing my roof and it is for this very reason I had gone with my instinct that he does the work beyond what he normally states in his contract.

I was very pleased with the service I received from Mr. Harrison @ All Year Roofing. He continued to work with me, from our very first phone contact, making sure I received the best service possible. I found him to be extremely knowledgeable in the whole process. I would not hesitate to use All Year Roofing again, as well as recommend this service to others.
