I have a contract with them and pay them annually. I have been using their services for twenty years now. When it is time for a service they will send you out a reminder. They are very professional. The workers that come will give you a card and they also wear name badges. They are very good about fixing any problems you may have.

I called several companies and Hightower responded quickly, which I figured was par for the course when looking at his ratings. He showed up timely and I asked my nanny to have him simply give an estimate and get back to me with a cost. He called back and said he had fixed it and it needed to be flushed and it was $157 total and for an extra 47 he could spray the coils, but it wasn't a requirement, just a suggestion. I said no to the coil cleaning. He said he tested it and there was no water leaking and everything was fine and the filter was fine as well. I got home and found things that I did not expect to see for a quality professional like in the other reviews. First off, the drain line was leaking, I thought it may just be condensation left over, so I dried the drain line and everything under/around it and put a paper towel under the line, and sure enough, 5 minutes later, it was wet. I looked in our hallway on the opposite side of the door and the PVC pipe he cut to get into the drain line was sitting on the floor, not much effort to pick that up and throw it away, so again, that wasn't quite what I expected from a company rated high on Angie's list. I had to PVC glue the part together and put plumbers putty around it and there was no more leak after that (checked even this morning, no wetness) I actually asked if he looked under the AC unit and if there was any water in the bowls and he said, "nope, they were all dry" but when I went and looked about 2 hours later after I got home from work, 3 of the bowls were about 1/4 full...Which leads me to believe he didn't check and just said he did. So, in summary, he got the diagnosis correct, but the treatment was half-assed and clean up was spotty. I wouldn't hire or suggest this company to others, for the $157 for a short job, and the lack of attention to detail just didn't justify it being a positive experience. I wish I would have had an estimate before he did the work, like I had asked... Oh well, at least it's working and my half ruined floors can hopefully dry.

My husband was quite pleased with their work. When we called them back to give us a quote, everything was done in a timely manner.

They do great work at a reasonable price. They were honest and hardworking and we would use them again.

The guy wanted to make sure that I had no unanswered questions. He was very good, and very much a gentleman. He wanted to make sure that I was very satisfied with the experience.

They are very reputable. We definitely wouldn't use anyone else. They always come out within a reasonable time.

They came out and looked at the unit, fixed and cleaned the unit. Looked over the outside unit. Very nice workers and on-time.

The man was very nice and professional. He had come out the first day that I called and had made the repairs. The air was still not working properly so he back the 2 nd day and had noticed the Freon he had put in the day before had leaked out. So he repaired that and another leak he had missed the first day.

Mike Hightower gave me a quote on the phone. Ernesto Martinez showed up at exactly the time expected, uniformed, ultra clean, and exceptionally polite. The work was accomplished and he was meticulous in leaving the area as clean as when he arrived. There was absolutely no attempt to "upsell" me from the previous phone quote and I paid the amount quoted. I definitely recommend this company and will call them back when it's time to replace my 35-year-old system which is still working fine.

I thought they were excellent. They told me when he would be there and when he would finish. He was very informative, fast, efficient, and terrific.

GLEN WAS VERY NICE, POLITE, AND THOROUGH WITH HIS CHECKS, AND EXPLAINING WHAT SOME OF THE THINGS I CAN CHOSE TO DO IN THE FUTURE TO GET THE MOST EFFICIENCY OUT OF MY HEATING/AIR UNIT. NO PRESSURE TO DO ANYTHING RIGHT NOW. THE THINGS HE POINTED OUT I COULD SEE HOW THEY REDUCE EFFICIENCY. I REALLY APPRECIATED HIS SERVICE, AND HELP PRIORITIZE THINGS THAT I CAN IMPROVE ON TO SAVE MONEY, AND GET THE MOST LIFE OUT OF MY SYSTEM.

THE HEATING AND AIR MAN FROM HIGHTOWER WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT HIS WORK. I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE WORK HE DID AND ASKED HIM TO GIVE ME AN ESTIMATE ON A NEW SYSTEM. MINE IS 30 YEARS OLD. I'VE NOT BEEN PLEASED ENOUGH WITH OTHER COMPANIES TO ASK THEM FOR ESTIMATES. I WAS NOT HAPPY WITH THE PRICE, HOWEVER. I FEEL THE SYSTEM WAS MORE EXPENSIVE THAN NECESSARY. I ASKED HIM TO WORK UP 2 CHEAPER OPTIONS AND GET BACK WITH ME. THOUGH HE SAID HE WOULD BE GLAD TO DO THAT, I'VE NOT HEARD BACK FROM HIM, AND IT HAS BEEN A MONTH.

VERY PLEASANT EXPERIENCE. REPAIRMAN WAS ON TIME AND VERY PROFESSIONAL. HE WAS VERY HONEST ABOUT THE REPAIRS AND ABOUT WHAT WOULD POSSIBLY NEED TO BE DONE IN THE FUTURE. PRICE WAS VERY REASONABLE. WOULD DEFINITELY CALL THEM AGAIN.

BROOK ELLOITT WAS THE SERVICE MAN FROM HIGHTOWER. HE WAS ON TIME, VERY COURTEOUS AND EXPLAINED TO ME EXACTLY WHAT HE HAD DONE TO FIX MY WATER LEAK. I WOULD RECOMMEND HIGHTOWER TO ANYONE NEEDING HEATING AND A/C WORK AND I WILL USE THEM AGAIN IN THE FUTURE. I AM GOING TO HAVE THEM COME BACK AND SERVICE MY A/C AND HEATING SYSTEMS.
