Description of Work: Awoke to the toilets and shower drains backed up in our house with only one of each! Ernie's Plumbing was able to come out within a couple of hours and a**** the problem and clear the back-up. We had only lived in the house for a couple of weeks so I wasn't fully aware of the location of the different clean-outs but the Tech was able to find them and pretty quickly for me. | |Very good service. They even warranted their work for 30 days!

Description of Work: I loved that you could chat on-line in order to make an appointment. Our dishwasher was clogged on a Sunday and Ernie's Plumbing was out there the next day to make the repair. On-time. Clear about the pricing and it always helped that we had a discount by using Angie's List :)

Description of Work: We had a small leak at the top of our water heater. Serviceman replaced the hose and did a great job. Punctual, efficient and inexpensive.

Description of Work: What drove my the craziest about Ernie's Plumbing was that numerous times they'd tell me I had to be home, then never even knock on the door. Then they'd tell me I don't need to be home and I'd return from work to find a "couldn't do anything because home owner wasn't there" type of notices. All in all it p***** me off so completely that I'll never use them again, nor would I recommend them to anyone...ever.

Description of Work: We needed out plumbing line snaked out. Arrived when they said they would, gave estimate for work, performed work. We are back in business, thanks to Ernies!

Description of Work: Fixed a broken pipe, replaced the anti freeze faucet, and replaced a sink shut off valve. Did the work expertly and quickly and cleaned up after. |I was pleased with the work, the response time and with the professional manner the plumber handled himself.

Description of Work: I called on a Friday with a leaky pipe that had to be replaced. The service was scheduled early the next morning. They did not charge extra for Saturday service, and the repairman arrived promptly. I was given a reasonable estimate of $240. After work began, there was a problem which required more expertise, and an additional plumber was called. He arrived promptly as arranged, saw that the problem required a certain fitting which he had to make a trip to get, returned and fixed the problem right |away. The original estimate which included my Angie's List discount of $25 was honored, and the plumber gave me some information about other benefits (such as requesting specific plumbers in the future), and other discounts which are available for their customers. I was very impressed with the service and reasonable cost, and am glad Angie's List guided me to Ernie's.
