Description of Work: My gas water heater stopped working, and I couldn't re-light it. I contacted Ernie's Plumbing wondering if I needed a new heater. The technician came and was able to re-light the heater, and told me they didn't recommend replacing the unit unless it was leaking. He didn't charge me anything at all. When the heater starts leaking, I will be contacting Ernie's Plumbing to replace it.

Description of Work: They performed a drain 'clear' inside the garage water trap leading to the washing machine. They completed the job within 30 to 45 minutes,but they did not leave till the drain was running smooth. I've used them on several problems with very good results !! I guessing the 'time' I had them over,because I've moved since the last time I contacted the company, but I would not think twice about called them again if I have plumbing problems again !!

Description of Work: Replaced the dip tube in the hot water heater. He checked everything and knew what the problem was immediately. It has worked great since the service. I had another plumber check it out and was told that I needed a new tank for $1100.00, he didn't check anything but the heating coil which was working.
