Description of Work: I had a leak in my ceiling (not sure where it originated). The repairman came out and determined that the leak came from an uncaulked shower fixture. I opted to caulk it myself. Not only was the service call free, but he did not charge me for the short time investigating the problem. I was very pleased with their service and so glad to encounter a company that is not all about the money.

Description of Work: He showed up during the scheduled window, they even called halfway through it and advised he was running a little late but would be there. He looked at the problem and showed me what needed to be done. He recommended doing it myself as it was an easy fix but gave me estimates if I wanted them to fix it. I went ahead and fixed it myself and he didn't charge anything. Very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely use them again as I think they are honest and not just out to charge you as much as they can get away with.

Description of Work: The work was performed perfectly and at a reasonable price. My only concern was the scheduling. I was told the technician would be at my house between 11 am and 3 pm. He showed at 2:58.....then had to leave for basic parts. I would like to have had far more communication during the window of service. I will use them again, however I know what to expect.

Description of Work: There was a blockage between the toilet and the outgoing line to the sewer. They fixed it immediately. I have used them twice and both times were superior experiences. I was even able to ask for and get the same individual.
