Description of Work: Fixed a broken water line, replaced a pipe under the house. I'm working out of town, tenant is in the home, so there was a little trouble getting the office to call both me and the tenant, determining the that the pipe under the house needed to be replaced cost $600, cost $2900 to replace pipe under house, it took less than four hours to do. Manager Randy at office was GREAT took care of a few other smaller problems. Quality Work, done in a timely fashion,though the price is a little high, will probably use again.

Description of Work: Was not able to take advantage of the deal of the day that Angie's list was offering because when my husband called the representative at Angie's list, he was given a plumber that didn't participate on that deal. Don't understand why.

Description of Work: "The plumber sent did a good job, but he was here for an hour and a half and 20 minutes was spent going to Home Depo for the right size copper pipe. I was charged $525.00 for this time period but they gave me a "Deal" and deducted $50.00 from this amount. I guess they thought I was an idiot as all they did was add $50.00 to the bill then deducted it. My final bill for an hour and ten minutes was $475.00 which breaks down to $7.00 per minute or $420.00 an hour. I need to change professions!!"

Description of Work: Jason arrived during the agreed-upon time, and came back two days later to start work on our leak. He was professional, courteous, and showed me some very useful things that I didn't know about our lines (i.e., that we could still use our water if we turned off the hot water, as that was the leaking line). I will definitely use Ernie's Plumbing again!

I am so sorry. We have not been a 24 hour service company for over a year now. All of our 24 hour service advertising ended over a year ago as well. We sent out newsletters, emails, texts and snail mail mailers to everyone of our repeat customers notifying them of this....again, over a year ago. We performed 24 hour service for nearly twenty years and had very little need for it. Because of the expense of keeping someone available and NOT utilizing them, we concluded to cease it. Our present hours are 7am-6pm Monday through Friday, 7am-4pm Saturday and we are now closed Sundays. Respectfully, Ernie.
