Description of Work: call for disposal service....told plumber would come between 1p and 5p....... never showed up... at 5:30pm office called and said ' stuck with all night work....not coming' do not want them to reschedule....not reliable.

Description of Work: Ernie's took care of a gas leak that was supposed to be taken care of prior to our purchasing our home. The Plumber they sent was a great guy! Would definitely use them again. WE TRUST WHAT THEY DID! And the they DID IT RIGHT...THE FIRST TIME!....

Description of Work: I would use the service if Mike is the plumber. The first plumber who was sent did not do the job. The next day, on the weekend, I found the toilet overflowing again. There was supposed to be someone answering calls, but no one returned my call. The second plumber knew what he was doing, on Monday, and finished the job satisfactorily. I did not enjoy cleaning up the mess twice.

Description of Work: Called them out to adjust water pressure. Adjusted too high (did not ask what level I preferred), called them out the next day to adjust it and the service provider firstly did not want to come. When he showed up to fix it he just went right into adjusting it without knocking on the door or alerting me he was there. I went outside and he was visibly annoyed to be fixing the pressure again. Their call center is professional and prompt.

Description of Work: I asked about installation of gas logs and was given a fair quote, and the Tech Travis, also, made other suggestions that I hadn't thought about. Very helpful and polite. Will definitely use then in the future and recommend to friends.

Description of Work: The service was performed promptly and in good order but I feel I was mislead and over charged. I bought a deal for less than $50. But then was charged $184.00 more to complete the job. Yes there were parts replaced but not worth that much! God only knows how much it may have cost without buying a deal. I guess I will have to read the fine print next time.
