Description of Work: I scheduled a service call for Ernie's Plumbing to go out to a property I own. They gave me time-frames for when they could come out to do the work. I confirmed with the tenant that they would be available and scheduled an appointment for 1-4pm on 6/17/16. I called the provider when they didn't show up and they had put the appointment down for 6/18 after I had confirmed the 6/17 date with them several times.

Description of Work: A routine plumbing check before foundation repair turned into a major nightmare with the discovery that most of old cast iron sewer pipes under my house were corroded and cracked. Waste water was draining into the ground under the house. Dee, the plumber, and the digging crew who tunneled through the patio under the house were respectful, kind, knowledgeable and competent in their work. After the work, the crew replaced the dirt and patio bricks better than before work began. Cleaned off patio with hose, and put excess dirt neatly around the base of the house. Dee carefully jackhammered the floor in the bathroom to save as much tile as possible; I won't have to replace the whole bathroom floor. Dee and the crew came on time every day and completed this huge sewer pipe replacement project in less than a week. The work was excellent, the price was more than fair, and I will use Ernie's again whenever I need a plumber.
