Sir, my staff has searched your name and have come up with nothing on our name search. They also have put your address you provided and no search came up with that address. Last, they searched their dispatch board and cannot find that we sent a plumber to this name and/or address. Perhaps, you have posted on the wrong company? If, you have truly had someone out from our company then it must be under a different name as well as a different address. Do us a favor and call us so we can do the following; 1) Find out whom this plumber was and inquire as to why he would refuse to set a faucet for you as I have never heard of that happening before. 2) Of course to apologize to you for the inconvenience and to see if we could send you a plumber.
