"Thank you, for your review on my company. Sincerely, Ernie."
I would heartily recommend Ernie's Plumbing to anybody who is willing to perhaps pay a little more to have the job done right the first time, on time, by workers who take pride in their work and know their trade. From keeping the work area clean to showing up on time looking neat, to explaining both the problem and possible solutions in a clear and objective way, these guys are the best!
"Wow! I could not have gotten a better review had I scripted and paid someone to write this. (Hey, I promise. I didn't folks) Thank you, sooooo very much for clearing taking some time to write this review on my company. I sincerely appreciate it. Ernie."
I have a particular plumber that I like to use from there. He's very professional. He's extremely knowledgeable and I've always had a good experience with him.
"Thank you, so very much for posting a review. Sincerely, Ernie."
"The information you have put in your post does not reflect what we bid to you on our estimate? So, I am somewhat confused. You mention nothing about the top-out stage and the setting of the fixture stage. All that you mention is the rough-in stage? Regardless, I personally reviewed the job estimate given to you and the $12k quote was a good quote. My company couldn't do it for anything less! If you have found someone to do it for only $3k.....a nine thousand dollar difference??? Well, I sincerely hope that all ends up well for you. Respectfully, Ernie."
Greg was fantastic and did great work.

"I am so truly sorry that you are continuing to have problems with the elements on your water heater. Just as you stated, my company installed a new water heater on April 18th of 2011. Everything worked fine for nearly eighteen months. You called us out on September 09th of 2012 because it quit working. Upon diagnosing the water heater we found that the upper heating element had gone out. Ten days later on September 19th you called us back because it quit working again. Upon diagnosing the heater we found the upper thermostat as well as both heating elements had gone out. Six months later on March 01st 2013 you again called us because it quit working yet again. This time the breaker located at your electrical box had tripped. Anyway, you have a problem going on with your electrical system coming into your water heater. Elements just don't burn out that quickly. I am certain that you're going to find that sometime soon the element you just installed is going to go out as well. I suggest that you get a qualified electrician to check out the wiring between your breaker and the water heater itself. Respectfully, Ernie."

"Thank you, soooo very much for posting a positive review on my company. Sincerely, Ernie."
I would be interested to know if anyone else has had a similar problem with stool lids from American Standard.
"First, let me apologize for any inconvience my company may have caused you. However, I must state that my plumbers are only as good as they product they are installing. The three stools that you provided to us to install for you were what I will politely call "very competively" priced. And you get what you pay for. Thus, the problems you are having. It also explains why you are the one having to go back to the manufacturer for the replacement bolts and other problems with the product rather than my company. Had you purchased your commodes through us you would have purchased a better product. My plumber did not strip the bolts. He tightened them according to the manufacturers specifications and due to them being "competively" price the seat on your commodes wobble thus causing the bolts to "pop" their threads. Please keep in mind that I actually sent my plumber back to you to make the necessary repairs "absolutely free" even though you realized that we don't warrant product defect on products that my company does not sell to you. I'm truly sorry that the product you purchased is inferior and I deeply regret that we installed it for you and are now appearing to be the bad guys. Please everyone reading this review....take note. While I certainly don't mind you purchasing product and paying me to install it for you, keep in mind that there are cheap products out there that even us professionals have a problem with in installing. And remember.....You get what you pay for. Unfortunately, the product this person provided us now is reflecting upon our workmenship. And this just is not the case. Thank you, for your review. Respectfully, Ernie."
"Excellent! Thank you, for your comments on my plumber Greg and for posting your review on my company. Sincerely, Ernie."
"Dear Member, it is unfortunate that you experience such poor service from a service provider. We have checked our records and we do not show having provided service to you. We are located in Lone Oak, Texas and Dallas is outside of our service area for sewer services. We believe that you have us mistaken for an Anchor Plumbing that is located in Dallas. If you would like to discuss this matter further you may contact our office manager Cory McNamara at 903-259-4430 or our Owner and RMP Jerald Lester at 903-355-0022. We hope that you enjoy the rest of your day. Thank you, Anchor Plumbing"
"Wow! My plumber may look eighteen however he is in his mid-twenties and holds a Texas state plumbing license and is an exceptional plumber for us. You state that he sat in his truck for over 45 minutes? For everyone reading this review please allow me to illustrate to you just how far people will exaggerate when they are upset. All of my vans have a Teletracing device in them that my company utilizes. It allows us to gps my plumbers from one location to the next. They communicate with the office with it. And it is their time-clock as well. This plumber arrived at this customers home at exactly 2:05 pm. He drove away at exactly 2:29 pm. That equates to ONLY twenty-four total minutes elapsed. That's nearly half of the time this customer exaggerated on. Therefore, I have to suspect that he has grossly over exaggerated on his statement that he found another plumber to do it for less than half the price as well. Just my thoughts. Respectfully, Ernie."
They also put in a clean out valve. The one I had in there, that had been put in by the builder, he said wasn't up to code.
"Thank you, for your positive review. Sincerely, Ernie."

"I am so sorry for your frustration. I want you to know that my General Manager can not only always get a second plumber out to you however, can view your invoice and see if my plumber did indeed overcharge you. Please call Randy. He will take care of you. Respectfully, Ernie."
When I called him back to cancel the work - he was courteous and professional. Sometimes you find out someones character best when you are NOT giving them what they want and Mike was a gem. If I didn't have friends in the industry, I would be calling Mike at Ernie's for sure.

I called Ernie's Plumbing at about 8am this morning as my toilet and
drain were backed up. Kevin, a technician, with Ernie's Plumbing was at
office in less than 2 hours. He was courteous, straight forward, and
pleasant to work with. I know have a permanent plumber on file and will
do business with them again.
"Awesome! Thank you, for your comments on my plumber Kevin and your positive review on my company. Sincerely, Ernie."

"I want to thank you for your positive review on my plumber Don. He is great. Please always request him when you call on my company again. Your friend, Ernie."
Sure enough, it took only 45 minutes. He used a compression fitting valve rather than soldering, but the work was done right.
I feel cheated and will not use them again.
"Why do some (very few however) customers feel the need to lie? Folks, if you feel my company has wronged you then PLEASE just post "honestly" what you feel we have done. Please don't falsify anything, ok? All you have to do is scroll down and read my companies reviews. Do I have good reviews? Yes, mostly. Do I have a few bad ones? Of course. Every service company gets a bad review occasionally. Why? Because we are all human and we may mistakes. If you will take the time to read beyond this single review you will find that I reply to EVERY review that is posted on Angie's. The good as well as the bad. You will also find the integrity that I have built my companies reputation on. And when my company makes a mistake I absolutely own up to that mistake posted and I take care of my customer. However, if someone isn't telling you the truth? You will see me response to that as well. I personally guarantee you that no one working in my office quoted this person an hourly rate. It just did not happen. Please everyone, take the time to scroll down through my reviews and read not just the good ones however, the negative ones. And see how I own up to my customers when we really DO make a mistake. Respectfully, Ernie."
